"On entering our room, the air conditioning was on so the room was loverly and cool. Room was in good condition and everything worked as it should. Nice and quiet as well. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff very welcoming. There are a number of fast food outlets nearby & Boston itself is only a 10 minute drive away. Perfect place to beak up a long journey "

"We stayed only for two nights. I guess the hotel is very old and the floor is very uneven. Whole room is slanted to one side. Kind of weird but ok. We tried the hotel restaurant and the food was very nice. Parking is also quite secured."

"Czyste i czyste przestrzenie, niewielkie powierzchnie kuchni, ale nie ma urządzeń szczególnie lodówki. Pokoje były czyste i są dokładnie jak one’ są one zdjęte, niewiarygodnie ciepłe i nie ma AC. Nawet z oknami i wentylator jest nadal niewiarygodnie ciepłe, zwłaszcza gdy 20°+. Bardzo cienki sufit, można usłyszeć wszystkie chodzenia, krzycząc, co się dzieje w pokoju powyżej. Właściwa łazienka (która znaliśmy) nie wiedziały, że to 1 łazienka dla 3 pokoi."

"Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was immaculately clean, love the lighting. Continental breakfast was nice, good selection of cereals, juice, tea and coffee, bread for toast(make yourself) and jams. Would definitely stay again"

"We had a warm welcome and a good size bedroom. Cleaned every day. The owner Paddy was great. For what you paid it was good value. Location was a few minutes walk into the centre. We had a couple of rides out. We went to Lincoln were we were lucky enough to see The Red Arrows flying. It was brilliant."

"For starters, the rooms weren’t nearly large enough to accommodate 3 people, even though we booked a quadruple room. Secondly, the shower was a health hazard - it was scalding hot once we got there and was boiling after we tried to cool it down. One of us managed to only burn her toe, but the second ended up with burns on his chest and stomach - it was an inconvenience to our hygiene and a danger to our health. We notified the owner of this risk and our concerns were responded to but not resolved the first time and completely ignored the second."

"My friend & I had both eaten here before but quite some time ago so after deciding to drive out here from Lincoln we were very pleased to have made the trip. Having booked beforehand, we were greeted by a very friendly lady who showed us to our table & took our drinks order a few minutes after deciding on what to have. Our meals chosen she returned to take our meal order…my friend chose the Vegetarian Chilli & I chose the Vegetarian Chilli in a jacket potato. Unfortunately, she stated that they did not have any Chilli so we were left to decide on our second choices. She returned a few minutes later saying the Chilli had arrived so both settled on our original order & so pleased we did. Our portions were very large, fresh & so very tasty…best Veggie Chilli ever! Highly recommend…. Neither of us could manage a dessert which was a shame as we saw quite a few being served & they looked fabulous! The staff were happy, welcoming & friendly making it a totally delightful lunch & we will, no doubt return soon. Reasonably priced excellent food served in a warm friendly atmosphere… what more could you want!"

"Blinds did not give privacy in a ground floor room next to the street and people waiting at traffic lights. Light coming in from the street was a bit oppressive. Replace the blinds and it will be perfect. Room was good value. Bathroom modern and clean. Having a loo directly in front of the sink made trying to shave interesting with no plug for the bowl. Kitchen was excellent do try and use it. Very clean and well maintained apart from the blinds. Replace with blackout curtains asap."
