This Westin hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at. The rooms are old with low ceilings, creating a claustrophobic feeling. The rooms are tiny, and despite purchasing their breakfast package with the understanding that kids are free, I was consistently told otherwise during meal orders. When I ordered multiple meals, they refused to honor the free policy. They claimed additional charges, and on one occasion, it took an outrageous two hours for delivery. To make matters worse, I discovered unauthorized credit card charges; had I not checked my statement, I wouldn't have noticed. It's absolutely unacceptable!

The room and amenities are a bit old although they seem to have been refurbished. But the room is spacious. Good location too.
But note that they don’t have free wifi unless you are a Marriott member and remember to double check the bills.

We really enjoyed our time at The Westin. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, great view, very clean and had plenty of storage. Facilities were great. The restaurant food was delicious. Our first time in Boston, would definitely return.
