„根據酒店的設施設備相對來説有些老化，洗臉池的水龍頭不是很合理，洗浴的浴霸頭也不是很方便，衹有頂上有，而且空間和消費價格相比的話不是很匹配，希望得到解決能夠讓更多的消費者得到更好的舒適度去體驗，個人建議而已。”

„在酒店吃晚餐，感覺飯菜味道好，直接續住一天。房間又大又暖和，有智能操控系統，佈置典雅，春節期間的佈置也喜慶。客房有關於皇城相府楹聯的書籍，長知識。服務態度非常好。我們忘了續房卡，客房服務員看到，主動為我們去辦理。我們的套房，和前台不在一棟樓，中間還要走過一個長長的隧道，距離還是比較遠的。感謝客房服務員姐姐。由於氣候乾燥，比較容易渴，礦泉水也是管夠的。最後一圖是我們一天喝掉的水。酒店夜景可謂火樹銀花。正趕上正月初五，門口的大財神很應景，晚上在酒店觀景台就可以觀賞煙花秀。酒店自己的擺渡車，更是方便遊覽的好助力。説回餐食吧。餃子🥟餛燉味道都很棒，推薦鍋巴蝦，八八宴。”

„好的地方： 1.地處山裡，空氣質量好 2.人少，安靜 3.管家能夠做到及時答覆 4.房間設備齊全，有小米空氣凈化器（對新裝修的房間很必要）、智能家居等設備 5.二層房型獨特，小孩爬上爬下很喜歡 需要的改進地方： 2.管家未在入住前聯繫，我們在到達前兩小時主動聯繫到酒店，提到要在預訂的私湯房內泡私湯需要提前清掃，結果到達後告知私湯需要加熱，且由於當時下小雨水電工不在所以無法打開雨傘，當晚無法使用，建議我們去泡公共泡池。我們泡完後告知管家第二天早上幫忙處理私湯，結果第二天早上吃早飯後私湯一直是涼的，等到中午才放出熱水，管家和我們説以後需要提前聯繫，加熱需要時間（本來就是衝著私湯房預訂的，結果發生這種情況，而且還是發生在旅遊旺季10月1號，真的很無語） 2.蟲子巨多，見圖4、5、6，一個房間至少看見了有20來衹蟲，和管家反映後，答覆山裡蟲子多，沒有辦法。幸虧我本身不怕蟲，要不晚上真的無法入眠，但是不採取任何措施，真的無法理解。 3.雖然是新開業的民宿，但設施年久失修，入住後聽到隔一陣就出現的滴滴聲，管家説是空調的聲音，無法處理，但經過我們全家排查，發現是煙霧報警器，網上查到説是因為電池沒電的原因，扣下來後就好了；電動窗簾無法正常開合，導致窗簾關不上，第二天早上6點就被光線弄醒了（見圖7），這對睡眠淺的人來説簡直太糟心了，影響一天的心情。 總之，地方是個好地方，但是感覺酒店內服務人員不多，且比較佛系，希望能提高服務水平。”
