„Although this hotel has a good facility, its management left me with very bad impression. First, it asks customers to pay unreasonably large amount of deposit though the hotel room has been fully paid. I booked three rooms with two of them fully paid and one unpaid for three nights. I was asked to pay 4000 yuan though the room rate is ~ 650/night. This sounds strange to me compared to other hotels I have stayed. Second, I forgot to return two room key cards and didn’t realize this until I arrived in the train station. When I called the hotel, I was told I will be charged 50 yuan for each unreturned key cards, or they could not give me the deposit until I mail the key cards to them. I have never heard of such an unfriendly policy for any modern hotels. Overall, I didn’t get good experience at this hotel.”

„Atour hotel is in a walkable distance from Danyang railway station. I find the hotel very clean and the service was excellent. When I was sitting in reception, Atour employee offered me water without asking. Special mention about the Manager Mr Wang Dong who could speak English and helped me guiding on local transportation. When I called him in the evening for some clarification, he picked up the phone even though he is out of office and answered my questions. Great friendly staff. I liked the breakfast also”

I was so surprised how accommodating they are for foreigners. Usually smaller hotels like this in small cities across China have problems checking in people without a Chinese ID Card. I drive my car there, and the security guard even got in my car and showed me how to get to the small, free parking lot behind the hotel. Thank you !!!!

The water was cut off at home, the room was opened to take a bath, the hotel upgraded the room, it felt really good! I have always liked this hotel! There is Vietnamese coffee, tea bags! Dry and wet separation! Clean and comfortable!

Lovely people, delicious breakfast, the rooms are nice and clean. The sound isolation is mediocre. The washing machine probably needs to be cleaned, as my clothes didn’t feel clean afterwards. And the Wi-Fi is nearly unusable in the rooms, the front lobby works fine though I depended on cellular data during my stay there because the room wifi was only usable at 3:00 in the morning.

Very suitable for families. Breakfast is perfectly good. Cleaners go out of their way to keep the room clean. Staff very helpful. And a word to the manager Mr Yang: He takes his job very seriously. A very good manager who can run the hotel very well. I feel very well taken care of as a guest. Thank you for the pleasant time. Greetings from Germany

Very nice hotel and the room is enough for me and son to spend night about 3 days for our visit to Danyang. So far this is satisfied us, and next visit maybe we're consider to stay here again. Oh yeah also the location is near shopping mall and others. 👍🫰😊

Centrally located, old style hotel needs a lot of renovation and lot of cleanliness For a quick stay for business it's okay However the staff is young and super helpful , 10/10 for the staff at restraunt , reception very prompt to try and help with any requirements Posting pic of the bathhouse which is nice place to relax in the same infrastructure
