„酒店位置比較偏，但停車位很多，地面和地下都有很多免費停車位，地面還有充電站。酒店雖然不在江山市中心，但比較靠江郎山和浮蓋山方向，非常適合自駕出遊。
房間普遍很大，設施比較新，每一層都設定了活動區，我們體驗了健身房，小童活動區還有桌球，其他還有桌球，書吧之類的。
客房服務很好，估計是知道入住的客人大多數是去爬山和徒步的，晚上在房間裏送了泡腳的葯包和🪣，還有一些水果和小零食。
早餐挺豐富的，中餐明顯比西餐好，吃的有點撐。。。”

„Stayed here for 4 nights during Golden Week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast has many choices and there was always plenty of food available.
Coffee machine was not working after the first day, but the staff was able to brew coffee instead.

1、毛巾質量太差，還破了，跟快捷酒店差不多；
2、1個機器人不夠用，就買2個，不能説這會機器人很忙，來不及送，叫客人自己下來取，這體驗感就沒了；
3、20:50，前台3個工作人員，忙的不亦樂乎，如果突然來了一批客户，要加派人手；
4、門，開門費力，關門聲很大；
5、電梯沒有防夾功能，一關，就不能回彈回來；
6、遙控器，加一個一次性的透明塑料套就完美了；
7、1樓大廳，進門左手邊，取餐的位置不明顯，而且，其他客人拿錯了外賣，外賣員要報警，你們要弄明白對方拿錯是什麼年齡，年紀60+，也許是他説的原因，如果年齡很輕，你們要考慮一下他們是不是其他原因，這種事情，既增加前台工作人員的工作量，又增加矛盾和協調難度。建議搞個櫃子，靠近前台工作人員，放衹筆，有外賣隨時可以處理。”

„酒店門口一天河，查地圖叫江山港。江景房，可以看到，就是窗外的玻璃上灰塵多了點。不過瑕不掩瑜，房間寬敞有設計感，智能馬桶也挺好用，二樓有飯店，有海鮮，也有炒菜，吃飯方便，味道還可以。晚上有點吵，不是應該隔音問題，3樓是麻將館傳來的一點聲音。
早餐挺豐富，亮點有兩台咖啡機，打了杯咖啡。要改進地方感覺空間很大，幫忙下餃子（餛飩）的阿姨可能太忙，問她幫我下一碗，也沒回應，確實是「説的少，做的多」面無表情，鐵面無私！
另外取了幾樣小菜，感覺做的不夠用心，比如，茶葉蛋，孩子也説跟白水煮蛋沒啥區別，不夠入味，鹵花生也沒啥味道……”

„早餐麪檔阿姨的服務態度不好，講話很沖。酒店位置選得太妙了，臨江而建，開車過來時遠遠就看到氣派的樓體，跟着導航很容易找到。最驚喜的是交通便利性——計劃去江郎山景區，提前問了前台，説自駕衹要20分鐘左右，沿途路況很順；後來想去清湖古鎮逛逛，打車10分鐘就到了，完全不用在路上浪費時間。周邊環境也清凈，晚上在酒店前的騎行道散散步，吹吹江風，一天的疲憊都沒了。”

„是家庭親子出行，首先這個賓館是超預期的，硬件設施良好也很新，環境良好，有較好的地下停車場，早餐品種尤其豐富超預期。周圍的服務配套也不錯，賓館旁的口口香飯店尤其不錯，我們連吃兩頓。但是服務員遇到突**況，處理問題業務能力需要提高，由於一輛住宿客人的車輛被碰擦，總枱服務於是就在半夜挨個房間打電話問，語氣也比較生硬，睡到半夜好好的，電話鈴一響，被嚇了一大跳，尤其是同行的長者被驚擾後，半夜都睡不好，我就不懂不能用其他辦法來處理嗎？要用這種笨辦法。本來我是要給這家酒店打滿分的，但就是這一項拖了後腿，希望今後好好改進”

WWangechuangtianxia地理位置蠻特別，晚上自駕到達的話要小心，尤其是下雨天，盤山小路沒有路燈。民宿是一個農村改造項目，幾棟樓改成酒店客房和公共空間，整體面積也不小，可以在裏面住幾天不用出去，非常適合大城市呆煩了需要冥想調整狀態的人去。房間設施非常好，冬天去了有地暖可以聯繫他們提前打開，睡個安穩的好覺。裝修細節非常到位，沒有花裏花哨鄉村老闆風情的各種廉價感覺，幾乎每個裝修細節處理得非常有品味，用的裝修翻新材料也相當高級，工藝也做得特別好。第一次住了這麼有質感的民宿，非常棒！
有些建議希望管家重視：
1）瓶裝水品牌很low，建議更換至少農夫山泉或往上一點
2）公共空間有壁爐應該主動問問客人晚上要不要生火體驗，而不是讓客人主動要求能不能生火，這樣體驗感會更好
3）白天可以組織一些手工活動或者主動推薦客人周圍徒步路線或遊玩項目

However, the constant beep from a nearby door that wasn’t properly closed was quite annoying, especially at night and early morning. On the plus side, the staff were excellent—attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, though the beeping sound was a bit of a downside.

GGość設施：大花灑頂噴出水太少。其他的還可以。
衞生：衞生非常好。屋裡沒有異味。
環境：酒店的房間隔音不是太好，隔壁住了兩個女士説起來沒完沒了到11點還説呢。半夜3點左右的時候被不知名的咚咚聲吵醒了半天沒睡着。其實這個現象可以避免。如果不是特別忙的時候，隔一間安排一組客人就不會聽到隔壁説話的聲音了。凌晨還聽到另外一個人喊一個人又被吵醒了。
服務：酒店的服務還可以，早餐做的不錯，有當地的不少小吃。

GGość非常喜歡木建築，這家民宿的房間整潔寬闊，沒有潮黴味，二層榻榻米的設計也別具一格，配備的智能馬桶很人性化。
民宿四圍是田地與荷塘，有自養的雞鴨魚，黃昏時闃寂無聲，真真是安養心神的好去處。
老闆老闆娘都非常好，晚飯附贈了自種的小番茄，清甜可口；知道我們沒有車專門到景區接我們回來；因要等動車，退房延時也爽快答應了，方方面面皆周到，有家的感覺。
飯菜也很美味，酸菜筍鮮嫩入味，老鴨煲油潤不柴，紫蘇魚清香新鮮，早餐吃的五花肉粽也很香，家裡人都很愛吃，索性買了三十個粽子和各兩斤筍乾和酸菜回家，非常愜意的一段旅程，值得再來！

Well, this room should be the most ”simpest” I have lived in for so long. It is really old-fashioned. There is a village broadcast outside the window. The glass will always ring when the mountain wind blows (but the strange thing is that it is very loud in the afternoon, but there is no sound at night). In fact, it is understandable. There is no takeaway or the like in the dozens of miles, and there is no nightlife. It is quiet around the dark. We stayed for one night to climb Jianglang Mountain. It is a rare farm experience. I had a dinner. My husband said that the taste was average. It was not as good as the one close to the foot of Jianglang Mountain. In fact, it was similar) Then talk about hygiene. Because of the dining downstairs, there are more flies. Our room is on the second floor. As soon as I entered, I saw a cockroach of flies that had been parked on the pillow. No matter how we rushed, we refused to fly away... It was quite responsive at the time... After driving away, there were no flies and mosquitoes in the back room). In short, if the accommodation requirements are not particularly high, it is OK to transfer.
