„先説好的，環境沒得説，讓人流連忘返，河對岸設施比較齊全，幽靜小鎮的樣子。五一時候車稍微有點多，但是也是動靜相宜。有漢中直達的來回車，還挺方便。酒店這邊曲徑通幽，還有一條溯溪小徑，挺驚喜。再説不好的，房間裏洗手間區域缺少一個推拉門設計，讓在房間有人的情況下，使用衞生間或者浴室很不方便，即使是配備了玻璃門，但是玻璃門側面縫隙依舊是一覽無餘，希望店家改進注意私隱性。另外，馬桶間太小，基本上就是頭和膝蓋得頂着玻璃門才能坐下，真的沒有見過這樣的設計。作為一個運營已經五年的成熟酒店，在玻璃窗的角上戳爛了頭，帶來了無妄之災的體驗。雖然服務人員積極協調醫生，打破傷風等，但是還是因為酒店的設計而起，衹能慶幸還好沒有戳到眼睛。第一晚入住停電，導致跑了一天的山，也沒辦法洗澡，後來十二點來電了，草草洗漱並且沖了馬桶（因為智能馬桶停電也沒法沖水）。後來的行程就是頂着臟頭，工作也沒完成，照片也沒拍幾個，非常影響心情。作為一個成熟的酒店，工作人員應該多體驗，多測評，讓客人住的安全，舒適。無論是停電，還是設施戳爛頭，這些都是在浪費客人寶貴的時間，按説住店之後的每一分每一秒都是客人買來的私人時間，客人也不想在這個時間段裏和店方做那麼多來回的拉扯和溝通。希望酒店繼續保持意境，把客人的感受盡可能放到第一位。”

„非常滿意的一次入住體驗！這次帶爸媽去光霧山米倉山看紅葉，正好趕上紅葉季，所有酒店都基本住滿。我們選擇了南江縣的住宿，比景點便宜還安靜。第二天自駕景點衹需要1.2小時。訂了家庭房非常滿意，雖然房間空間比較小，但是床鋪很柔軟，床單枕頭一點異味都沒有！洗澡淋浴頭水很大很舒適，美之不足是廁所馬桶沒打掃乾淨有尿漬，保潔很快就來清理了。第二天的早餐重點表揚，非常之健康！！很適合中老年人，全是雜糧穀類食物，基本都是原味烹飪沒有其他佐料，吃完胃很舒服。可見酒店的管理是針對紅葉季銀髮一族做了特別的調整。”

這次預訂的酒店愛到心坎裏，提前一天就有專門管家聯繫發放景區車輛通行證，去了之後管家、工作人員王強、領導劉林總、還有餐廳老闆超級熱情貼心，因為我們去的人多小孩多，要求問題難免多些，一會拿這一會拿那的，他們都可以積極響應，及時滿足，阿姨們打掃衞生也很及時主動，而且是主動與我們溝通不在的時候來徹底清潔，做到了充分不幹擾。最主要的是房間環境太好了，每天清晨起來縈繞在雲霧中的感覺，置身於山林中，小朋友們充分釋放了自我，玩的很開心，酒店工作人員小哥哥、小姐姐還在直播房品，可以看到他們的工作環境都超友愛，去了以後出了光霧山，還有景區的兩個小景點：兩河口、米倉古道可以遊玩，酒店設施自動化水平很高，傢俱很新，裝修都很有格調， 下次秋天可以再去一次，欣賞一下中國第一的紅葉美景，推薦！！！！

我們兩大兩小沖光霧山紅葉出行，訂的雙卧套房真的選對了！位置很好——離米倉山景區入口僅5公里，開車10分鐘直達；離燕子嶺索道才800米，步行10分鐘就能坐索道上山，帶娃完全不用早起趕路、堵在景區門口，省了超多麻煩。 套房空間寬敞，主要是我太喜歡那個落地窗和坐的沙發椅子了 特別放鬆，兩個卧室各自獨立，私隱性拉滿，大人小孩休息互不打擾。房間收拾得特別乾淨，桌面、地板一塵不染，住着很安心。山裡深秋早晚温差大，空調製熱很快，每個房間還配了電熱毯，晚上睡覺提前開着，被窩暖乎乎的。 老闆的服務真的要重點誇！入住前就主動添加微信，提前發了超詳細的旅遊美食攻略，標註了必看的紅葉觀景點、本地人常去的特色餐館，還特意告知“山裡早晚涼要帶厚外套”“景區停車攻略”等注意事項，讓我們出發前就心裡有數，省了好多做攻略的時間。知道我們帶娃，又額外提醒“燕子嶺索道早7點人少，霧散前拍紅葉雲海最佳”，告知了景區裏平緩好走的路線，避免孩子爬山太累。更貼心的是，退房時老闆還提前準備了路上吃的早餐，裝在便攜袋子裏，有牛奶、雞蛋、小饅頭，還有一小包榨菜，雖然簡單但特別實用，早起趕景區的時候墊墊肚子完全夠了，不用再特意找早餐店，特別省心。 我們訂的套房有兩個獨立衞生間，一家人洗漱、上廁所完全不用搶，太方便了；熱水出得又快又穩，景區回來沖個熱水澡，很舒服。 小缺點也如實説：民宿就在公路旁邊，來往會有車輛，帶小朋友的話得時刻照看好，避免跑到馬路上去；公共區域不算大，但我們大部分時間都待在房間裏休息、整理行李，對出行沒什麼影響。 如果是家庭出遊、沖米倉山和燕子嶺索道來的，這家民宿真的很不錯，位置、空間、服務都沒話説~本次住的很滿意，再次感謝老闆的細心服務。

Such a clean hotel in the town is still very good, it feels very new, there is no restaurant for the time being. The price is a little high, but I think that this red leaf season business is better for a year, and I can understand it. 酒店位置優越，停車方便，第一次住，進入大廳比網上看到的要氣派些，前台辦理入住也快速，態度很好，全程微笑服務語氣柔和（看的出來在這裏工作很開心😁）房間像是才裝修結束不久，安靜舒適，房間裏面衞生到位，住着放心。這個價格性價比超高了。

我是一個人出來的，在網上看這家店離光霧山景區的索道不遠，大概三五百米的樣子，就訂了這家，先辦了入住，放好行李後準備步行去索道的，結果老闆説他送我去，開車一分鐘不到就到了索道處，爬山回來後，老闆問我累不，需要燙一點的熱水泡腳這些不，這個就開始感動了，一個小店能做到事無鉅細的關懷 房間我訂的是單人間，開始老闆説他家都是一客一換洗，我還有點不信，回房間後我拿着枕頭被子聞了聞，一股淡淡的消毒水味，點個贊，確實沒有騙我，床也不錯，1.8米的大床，房間設施齊全，乾淨，簡約整潔 大招來啦，我是在這家店吃的飯，由於我一個人，就沒有點當地的特色冷水魚之類的，點了一個回鍋肉，一個湯，就是這個回鍋肉，吃的我那個一個感動，菜端上來後，，我看到了裏面我久違的一種東西，四川人叫的蛋皮兒，炒菜的老太太説是她自己在鍋裏烙的，確實，外地一般沒有，我也是小時候經常能吃到，後面走南闖北的都沒有在吃到了，在這裏居然又遇到了，瞬間讓我想起了小時候圍在灶台邊看着媽媽烙的情景，出鍋就能吃，還是小時候的味道 推薦這家店，老闆人很大方，有人情味，乾淨衞生，祝老闆以後生意越來越好

I didn't expect to book this very quiet and extremely convenient inn when the tourist in Guangwu Mountain was overcrowded. On a small slope, the inn is the only one, the surrounding environment is quiet, and the promenade of wild kiwi fruit has attracted our attention. The owner was very enthusiastic and was busy helping the guests with their luggage as soon as the car stopped. I thought about going to the scenic spot to help the guests buy tickets. The boss immediately suggested that I ride his battery car. The experience of the room booked this time is very good, I have to come to live next time!
