Wenchang – hotele ze śniadaniem

Ogólne środowisko hotelu jest czyste, a postawa usługi jest bardzo dobra. recepcjonistka przedniego desk był uprzejmy i entuzjastyczny, pokój był wygodny, a ogólny projekt był prosty i łaskawy. Różnorodność śniadania jest bogata i smaczny, co sprawia, że ludzie czują się bardzo zadowoleni. Jednakże, dźwiękoszczelność pomieszczenia jest nieco niska, a dźwięk z sąsiedniego pomieszczenia można wyraźnie słyszeć. Mam nadzieję, że hotel może poprawić dźwiękoszczelność i poprawić doświadczenie w noclegu.

Clean & comfortable stay with excellent service and facilities. Great for families. Hotel lobby was cosy with sufficient seats for guests. Rooms size are big and I enjoyed the shower room music the most. This was a challenging trip for me as I brought my aged parents back to Wenchang to visit our relatives. I would like to take this opportunity to than k文昌麗枫酒店,服务经理陈 and 维修工程师for the exceptional service during our stay. Due to my dad’s age, size and mobility challenges both hotel staff 服务经理陈 and 维修工程师assisted us. Thank you so much. I have recommended this wonderful hotel to my friends and Hainanese relatives. If I do go to Wenchang again文昌麗枫酒店 with be my top choice.

先説服務，從進門開始就特別舒服，前台工作人員態度特別熱情，辦理入住速度很快，不會讓人乾等着，有什麼問題諮詢都耐心解答，説話輕聲細語的，讓人感覺很親切。入住期間有任何需求，聯繫工作人員都響應得特別快，不會推諉拖沓，全程都很貼心周到，不管是指引路線、幫忙拿東西，還是提醒注意事項，都做得很到位，完全沒有敷衍的感覺，讓人住得特別安心。 再説説設施，房間裏的配置很齊全，該有的都有，而且都是正常使用的狀態，不會出現壞了不能用的情況。床品軟硬適中，睡起來很舒服，完全不會腰痠背痛，空調、熱水、燈光這些都很給力，水温穩定，出水量也足，晚上休息特別安靜，隔音效果也不錯，不會被外面的噪音打擾。房間裏的桌椅、衣櫃、收納空間都很實用，整體佈局合理，住着寬敞又方便，不管是出差還是旅遊都很合適。 最讓我滿意的還是衞生，真的挑不出什麼毛病。地面乾乾淨淨沒有灰塵和毛髮，床鋪整理得整整齊齊，被套枕套都是全新換過的，聞起來有淡淡的乾淨味道。衞生間打掃得特別細緻，馬桶、洗手枱、淋浴區都擦得鋥亮，沒有水漬和污垢，毛巾、浴巾都是乾淨乾爽的，洗漱台沒有雜亂的污漬，角落也沒有藏污納垢，連桌面、窗台都擦得一塵不染，整體乾淨整潔又清爽，看着就很舒心，住着也特別放心。 整體住下來體驗感滿分，環境好、服務好、衞生好，性價比也很高，下次來這邊還會選擇這家，也真心推薦給大家，想要住得舒心安心選這裏準沒錯！

Easy check in. Clean, quiet room. Seems the twin rooms have river view and double has the view of buildings behind (maybe different for other rooms but from what I saw). Lots of laobacha tea and snack places nearby. Lots of car parking on the street outside. Even though busy always got a space easily.

We had a great wonderful stay here! The hotel is spacious, I mean everything is big! The bathroom, the room, the balcony, oh THE POOL! The place is in a great location, easy to get around. There wasn’t much to do though- DO NOT GO to coconut plantation resort, the pictures can be deceiving. The food at the hotel is decent- a mix of Chinese and bit of Western. One advice- if you have asthma or sinuses, this hotel might not be a good choice because it has carpets and gives off a strong smell. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it!

I chose this hotel for its proximate to Qishui Bay Beach and the price. The buildings are all modern, bright and clean. My room was a delight: spacious and with air-conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. There is a gym with weights and running machines, and a decent laundry room attached to that. Breakfast was fresh and had a reasonable variety. When I visited (May 2025) there were only a couple of restaurants immediately near the hotel, but many family-run eateries are about a 12-minute walk away, towards the town to the west. Special thanks to staff member, Divan, who spoke with me in English and was very helpful. Aside from Divan, all the staff were warm and welcoming.

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

Great seaview from elegant grand room.5 minutes walk to sea. Good restaurant and fish food. Interesting people from wenchang space rocket center. Cool stay for a week. Reception girls trying hard to get through foreigners poor Chinese and their fun English. Recommend sorry Fotos do not work .

Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

The room was spacious and nice. Checking in was not friendly, and not helpful. Couldn’t use the TV and had to go down to ask for password for the room WiFi. Got up in the middle of the night with the cleaning lady barging into the room asking whether we asked for toilet paper! Location was good, about 25 mins walk from train station. There are eateries and mini marts around the hotel.
