„A cute small hotel at a very central and convenient location (next door to Wuma Street and the riverside). The rooms are located on the second floor and it can be lovely during the day if the rooms is oriented towards the street (there is a local market). Very friendly staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping team). I would visit again upon travelling to Wenzhou.”

„A classic 5 star hotel with top service and amenities.. the hotel is a little bit old but they have maintained it amazingly! The breakfast is very rich with great western options and pastry selection and a whole lot of local food! The swimming pool is LARGE with a lifeguard present at all times,also they have a Hot Suana Tub next to the pool for complete relaxation. The view from the room the incredible,looking over the oujiang river and the light show the night! The play area for kids is also very big. All in all, worth the visit..will definitely visit again!”

„I had higher expectations after reading so many reviews but it was still a good experience. What could be better: We had a family room but were missing a stool in order for our child to be able to wash her hands and brush her teeth by herself. Also a child’s toilet seat would have been nice to have. The breakfast was much smaller than i expected and also there were not many places to sit. „The best location for visit wenzhou.just two minutes walking to the famous walking street five horses. Can't imagine twenty years ago it's one of the best hotel in city,and now it's little bit older even have renewed inside.The room size is okay and it's quiet enough also .The breakfast is big surprise have so have Local typical food and it's so delicious better than most restaurant outside,and the manager so helpful also you can enjoy the 360city view at 25 floors definitely be highlights of our stay. The ground floor have many shops occupied the entrance it take make inconvenience when you want back or out the hotel .”

„Amazing hotel, very clean, the room is very big. The breakfast is very diverse and have alot of options. Just 2 things i had problem with : 1. The AC was on heat, and even after i turned it off it was still hot and it was a little hard to fall asleep. 2. There were no cotton buds Over all i really recommend it!”

„1️⃣Because I'm a platform member, I received a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was large, the facilities were new, and it was very clean. The front desk service was excellent. 2️⃣There was no phone in the room to call the front desk; you could only use the TV with voice prompts. To call the front desk to order takeout, you had to turn on the TV to receive a notification from the delivery robot, which was very inconvenient. Also, the TV volume couldn't be adjusted, and I was always startled by the loud volume notifications when takeout arrived. 3️⃣Housekeeping was slow. I deliberately stayed outside all day to avoid cleaning hours, only to find the room hadn't been cleaned when I returned. They didn't come to clean until almost 6 PM. When I asked the cleaning staff, they just said I had to tell the front desk if I wanted it cleaned. 4️⃣ There were issues with the coordination. Even though we had a free late check-out membership, the cleaning lady still knocked on our door asking if we wanted to extend our stay or check out. Even after I explained we wanted to check out late, she still said there would be an extra charge for the late check-out. I was completely confused. 5️⃣ Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00. We stayed two days. On the first day, we went at 7:10, and breakfast hadn't even started yet. We were in a rush to leave and missed it. On the second day, we went at 9:30, and breakfast was completely gone. We had to make do with a bowl of noodles. The steamed buns and bread were placed in an external insulated box, which guests had to open and retrieve themselves. Opening the box released a lot of steam, and the buns and bread on the inner side required manually removing the racks to reach them. There were no insulated gloves provided, posing a safety hazard and being unhygienic. The breakfast portions were small and the variety limited. There was only one cook also cleaning up. When we arrived, the table was covered in leftover tableware, and no one was cleaning it. 6️⃣ There is still a lot of room for improvement.”

„Very central location, directly in town center pedestrian street, well established something like hotel de ville. Nice breakfast and powerful adjustable aircon. Lots of parks, dining and shopping opportunitird in walking distance, wonderful breakfast on 8!floor”

„這次來温州特地來參觀園博園開幕的，看到這裏新開了一家御笙酒店，想來住一下看看，結果讓我十分驚喜：1.我從温州南站下來打個車十分鐘就到酒店了，感覺很方便。2.早就聽説温州江心嶼環境優美適合閑逛，這家酒店離景區也非常近，那天散步二十分鐘就到江心嶼景區了，輪渡上島後果然不愧“詩之島”美譽。3.酒店的硬件和軟件都非常不錯，房間的佈局讓我看着很舒服、智能馬桶和自動化窗簾也非常順暢。一進大堂小夥子就幫我拿行李，這個服務真的太貼心了！前台小姐姐也很温柔，入住很快就辦完了，不像之前我去過的別的酒店辦入住等半天。下次來温州還是會繼續選擇温州御笙酒店的，這次很愉快~”
