„Accompanying colleagues to participate in a small commodity exhibition in Yiwu, the hotel where they stayed can be regarded as a model for exhibition travel! The location is outrageous. In the morning, I leisurely set off from the hotel and took a walk to the exhibition hall of the commercial city, which happened to be the opening time, saving me the embarrassment of rushing a car. The room was clean beyond words, and the open bathroom design was perfect for the two of us. One was rushing through the PPT while the other was organizing exhibition materials, and the pace was completely seamless. Returning to the hotel after the exhibition every day, you can enjoy fresh afternoon tea and fruits to replenish your energy in a timely manner. The chrysanthemum goji berry tea that is always kept at the front desk, my colleague drank it for several days in a row, and said that when I stayed up late to change the plan, my anger had subsided. The Puli pancake for breakfast is an unexpected delight, paired with curry to have a bite and become a god! On the last day, we packed two extra meals for the exhibition break. After tasting them, our colleagues from the adjacent booth followed us and asked which hotel we were staying at. The service was even more impeccable. When asking for directions, the staff directly drew a shortcut map for purchasing in the commercial city, which fully enhanced the experience. It's a fantastic hotel in an excellent location, the futian international market,many Arabic restaurants, transportation all are just feet away.The amazing staff made a free upgrade room with a smile with out my request.. although it was my third time booking at this hotel this time the check out process took more than usual time made me little angry . I appreciate their free room upgrades, courtesy and loyalty.. the Western breakfast was amazing...I would recommend the hotel to others again.”

Obsługa na pierwszym piętrze hotelu jest bardzo przyjazna, szczególnie pan Zhao oraz ciocia i wujek, którzy sprzątają dom. Można poczuć atmosferę entuzjazm już od progu. Bardzo dobre podejście do recepcji na 12 piętrze.Pokój jasny i przestronny, woda mineralna w nielimitowanej ilości.Zachód słońca z pokoju był przepiękny. Śniadanie w formie bufetu jest obfite i obejmuje świeżo mieloną kawę.Bufet z owocami morza w Restauracji Four Seasons jest bardzo ekonomiczny i zapewnia zniżki dla gości przebywających w hotelu. Hotel ciepły, ponieważ następnego dnia plan podróży uległ zmianie, hotel zaoferował bezpłatną anulację. Hotel, do którego na pewno jeszcze wrócę! Wysoce polecany”

„Service and location is good. but i stayed first night on room 605. it was so bad that i had to call them at 2 am to inform about the foul smell inside the room. coming from the drainage system. so bad that i couldnt sleep the whole night. had to change my room the first thing in the morning. location is within walking distance to district 1. breakfast was provided so that was great. the lady at the front desk tried to help in all my enquiries. so that was great. but i think there is better rooms elsewhere if they dont fix the room 605.”

„Overall, the stay was good, but the experience at reception really put a dent in it. We arrived a bit early around 7:30am, not realizing that check-in wasn’t until 10am. That’s on us, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. Instead of calmly explaining, the receptionist was quite rude and raised her voice, which felt unnecessary. When we returned later, I spoke with someone more senior possibly the manager, who said she would address the issue. I also made sure to express directly how uncomfortable the situation was. On the positive side, the room itself was really nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the rough start.”
