„The front desk staff were really nice. My initially assigned room was a bit old, dingy and smelled of smoke from prior smoking guest and I ask to be changed, they upgraded me to a beautiful big room on the 11th floor with a spectacular window view of the city and hills & mountains. This hotel is conveniently located right center city close to everything like, shopping, street foods and restaurants, bus station 5-10 minute walk, market, grocery stores, banks, river, mountains and close hill to climb for a perfect city view and mountain views. The city of Yunfu is special with it's mystic peaks. I was there during the Chinese New Year celebrations. Loved it!! Thanks Yunfu Jinyu Hotel for a very comfortable, joyous experience and thanks to the service staff and the front desk staff that made me feel special. I will definitely return and tell all my friends. All the best in the Chinese New Year 2026.”

„A bit on the edge of town, the building itself is a bit rundown and parking spaces are a bit hard to find in evening. Service at check in was average. Room was big but sheets were stained .”

„酒店位置很好，就在路邊非常顯眼，前台小姐姐很熱情，還給介紹周邊好吃的，雲浮腸粉值得嚐嚐。去年才裝修的，沒什麼以為，空間很大，櫃子電視沙發都很新很乾凈，住的很舒適，杯子很軟和，床墊真的很舒服，躺着都不願意起床了。衞生間是乾濕分離的，花灑出水很大，早上也有熱水，很不錯。”

„過年回家探親入住雲翔酒店，主打一個離親戚家近，交通方便。這家酒店以前已住過多次了，算是常客，也略知曉一些好和待改進的地方。 先説滿意的，酒店乾淨衞生，無異味。服務質量很好，大過年也有服務生在打掃，見面就問好，態度很不錯，換的毛巾墊子很乾凈。酒店隔音尚可，我不是對聲音很敏感的人，雖説除夕夜凌晨四點有人放煙花吵醒了一次，但畢竟過年喜慶也是人之常情，住了兩晚，睡的很踏實。晚上淋浴熱水充足水量大，洗澡體驗非常舒適。 待改進的地方：第一，中央空調。今年過年天氣比較熱，但中央空調無法制冷衹能開暖氣，熱的衹能關掉了。第二，這次住的房間排氣扇壞了，洗手間無法抽風，所以水跡無法及時抽乾，導致洗手間殘留有水跡不乾爽影響體驗。 總的來説，酒店的體驗尚可，但設施老舊程度不斷加深，急需修理，其餘的物有所值，對得起這個價格，在雲浮，平價酒店一抓一大把，希望雲翔提高自身競爭力。”

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were adequate for both short and long stays. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. The hotel was quiet and felt safe, which allowed for a good night’s rest. Overall, Xin Zhuocheng Hotel is a good choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value in Yunfu.”
