„Stayed at Hilton Niseko Village recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the ski-in ski-out access, which makes it extremely convenient for anyone coming to Niseko for snowboarding or skiing. You can go straight from the hotel to the slopes without needing transportation. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful snow scenery and close to the ski lifts. The service was also good — staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. The hotel does not provide a microwave, which can be inconvenient if you want to heat up takeaway food. Also, there is no coin laundry service, which might be troublesome for longer stays, especially after days of snow activities. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a great location for skiing, but adding basic facilities like a microwave and coin laundry would make the experience even better.”

„Great luxurious ski resort. Excellent service as expected from Ritz. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner provided were great as well. The outdoor onsen was amazing, coupled with the falling snow making it even more magical.”

„We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!”

„Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet.”

„Bardzo wygodne, jeśli planujesz zrobić kilka narciarskich w Niseko, wspaniałe menu kolacji i niesamowity salon z kominkiem i uzupełniającym wino. Śniadanie jest japoński styl bez alternatyw, pracownicy są mili, ale dzwonienie taksówki jest misją niemożliwą i każdy jest dość odrzucający z gości, jak nie ma taksówki i to nie jest nasz problem, w hotelu tak drogie powinno być twój problem, czy ci się podoba czy nie.”

„Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind. However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling… All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE. The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho.”

„Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.”

„Very traditional, amazing onsen and breakfast. Do leave the keys behind when you head out (traditional Japanese system). Must return to the accommodation and collect your keys by midnight. Parking is free (outdoors only). Drying room available is great for my snow gear.”

„住了六晚上 房間非常乾淨 服務態度非常好 晚飯是傳統日本定食。食材新鮮健康，老婆懷孕不能吃生的給換了菜單，我後面吃海鮮過敏也給換了菜單。有一天沒趕上晚飯去安努普利北方吃了自助餐，感覺沒有這個酒店的食材新鮮，可能因為自助的原因，口味也偏重。 早飯東西不是很多，但是蛋糕非常驚艷，感覺可以媲美一些準們做甜品的店，有好幾種蛋糕。 温泉景色不錯，有室外温泉在林子中間，氛圍很好 ，然後有個休息室裏面有按摩椅飲料什麼的。 然後就是房間每天都給兩大壺水好評。 房間估計有30平左右，感覺不是攜程上面説的19平米。 滑雪走到安努普利5分鐘，安努普利雪場比較小但是人少，每天都是上頂然後然後滑到比羅夫那邊去玩，有一天大風纜車不開到頂，就衹能在安努普利這邊滑了，除非坐大巴去那邊，這個要注意。 總體好評，下次會繼續選擇。”
