„1. Hotel is located at prime location specially for Muslim travellers as finding Halal food is too easy, and getting all other stuffs is also convenient. 2. Wifi is too weak at the hotel. 3. When I arrived my mattress was broken, it was changed after almost 3 to 4 requests , but new one also I dont find more comfortable. 4. Rest, all facilities are very good considering the price.”

„I recently stayed at the Argyle Grand Hotel near Nairobi Airport for a short transit visit and overall found it to be a well-designed and welcoming property. Although our stay was brief and we didn’t get to explore the entire property, a few key observations stood out: Room Comfort & Facilities The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment for rest. All essential amenities were available and thoughtfully arranged. However, one practical inconvenience was the design of the bedside power sockets. If you’re using a larger adapter—such as the standard Apple three-pin plug—you won’t be able to connect it properly due to the tight placement. A more flexible socket layout would greatly improve guest convenience. Room Service Pricing We attempted to order a glass of juice and were quite surprised by the pricing. The staff informed us that a single glass of juice costs KES 900, with an additional KES 1,000 delivery service charge—surpassing the cost of the item itself.As someone with over 18 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, this was the first time I’ve encountered a hotel charging a room service delivery fee that exceeds the price of the item. This pricing structure felt unreasonable and could certainly benefit from greater transparency and guest-friendly adjustments. Reception & Staff The front desk team was highly active and professional. They ensured all guest details were carefully managed and provided helpful support throughout the stay. Their warm demeanor and attentiveness were much appreciated. Shuttle Service The hotel provides an airport shuttle service, which is a valuable and convenient offering. The driver was polite and extremely helpful. However, punctuality was an issue. We were informed that the shuttle would depart at 5:00 AM, and we arrived in the lobby 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, the shuttle left 15 minutes late because other guests were delayed. For an airport transfer, such delays can cause serious inconvenience—especially for guests with early flights. We recommend enforcing a maximum wait time of 5 minutes to ensure fairness and timeliness for all travelers. Noise Levels While the room was otherwise quiet and relaxing, there was noticeable music playing in the evening, which may disturb light sleepers. This is something to consider if you’re seeking an early night before a flight. Final Thoughts The Argyle Grand Hotel offers a visually stunning environment, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service from its staff. With a few adjustments in pricing policies and shuttle scheduling, it has the potential to deliver an outstanding guest experience. For those transiting through Nairobi Airport, it remains a solid and worthwhile option for a short stay.”

„전반적으로 노후된 느낌은 있으나, 여행 일정으로 1-2일 묵는 데는 전혀 문제가 없는 숙소였어요. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 수압도 좋았어요. 커튼과 소파, 침대 모두 오래되긴 했으나 청결도는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만, 샷시가 오래되어 외부 소음이 차단이 거의 되지 않는점은 아쉬웠습니다. 1인이상 묵을 시 슬리퍼는 추가 구비가 미리 되어 있으면 좋겠습니다. 호텔에서 만난 모든 직원분들은 정말 친절하게 우리를 대해 주었어요. 따뜻한 물이 잠시 나오지 않아 도움을 요청했는데 수리도 해 주시고 원인과 재발시 대책을 잘 설명해주었습니다.”

„I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my 3 day visit in September 2025. The room was always maintained clean, tide and neat. Nice city views from the 9th floor where I was. Friendly stuff in particular was Zelec in the gym. He was ready to assist on anything and the gym is well equipped to give unforgettable workouts. Hope to come back again on my next visit.”

„We stayed here twice. Safe, secure, terrific staff, close to Naivas supermarket, food hall upstairs and City Market. There are two eateries in the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet is superb! Every day has variety. The restaurant/bar is a bit hit or miss with the food quality, and their discount program is a bit confused. They claimed we couldn’t participate because we didn’t book our room directly with the hotel but the website says you don’t even have to be a hotel patron to gain restaurant discounts. Either way, rooms were large, comfortable and balcony was lovely. The bathrooms are very tired but other amenities, like the pool and gym, were lovely. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.”

„It's more of an apartment hostel but it's very good. There are multiple beds in one room which gives it a hostel feel. The owner is so incredibly nice but he doesn't really speak English, just Chinese. Hotel is in a good location right between Yaya Mall and Chinatown. Area is safe as it's the Kilimanjaro area and there are guards for the building. When you enter the building tell the main guard you want to go to Elephant Hotel and he contact the boss to come down and get you. The room is very clean and the WiFi is very fast.”

„I had a really pleasant stay at The Panari Hotel, conveniently located near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was excellent — perfect for a good night’s rest before or after a flight. The check-in and checkout process were smooth and friendly, and the staff were professional and helpful. The airport drop-off service, though charged separately, was on time and well-coordinated, which I appreciated. The food was amazing — definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The only downsides were that the shower was broken (though I managed to adjust) and that the rates were a little on the expensive side for what’s offered. Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean, and convenient hotel with great food and service — just a bit pricey and in need of a few minor fixes.”

„We booked a five day stay at Sarova Stanley and honestly it was the best decision. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted warmly by the staff and took care right away of our baggages. Upon entry they took care of us with warm towels and refreshments which was absolutely lovely. We arrived early at the hotel at 11am inspite of the check in time of 2pm they immediately processed everything as they gave us consideration because we are travelling with an infant, we are so lucky and did I mention we were given an upgrade! We were always looking forward to breakfast as the food is chef's kis. Location is amazing Pool is always cleaned and not crowded at all. The staffs are very attentive to your needs. Stanley Sarova is indeed a stort to tell and I highly recommend staying especially with family. I highly recommend to stay on this hotel.”

„The hotel was actually okay and the price was reasonable The staff were friendly. However, the room was very, very noisy you could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms when people talked at night. The gym is no longer in great condition.Sometimes when you run on the treadmil, it randomly stops and switches off that’s very dangerous. Also, the pool restaurant is very overpriced and the service was slow.”
