Elegant Georgian Apartment Near Clifton Village

Apartment was poorly cleaned, everything inside cupboards and wardrobes were not organized nor clean. Many Kitchen utensils are worn out, there is only a small induction pan, no way to cook… Location and shower are good!

The property was in a great location and a nice building and was spacious. The property could just do with some changes to make it truly elegant. The 2 seater sofa was small and not very comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom did not go right to the bottom of the window which meant light came in the morning. Given the rental charge I would have expected those matters to be covered and I had expected that terrestrial channels could be watched on the TV if you wanted to but the welcome booklet confirmed that the owner had not paid for a TV licence but you could access Netflix and another cable channel. A bit more attention to detail would have made a difference.
