The Grand Bristol by Sunday

"I stayed at the Grand Bristol by Sunday for one night over the weekend. Overall, it was okay and served its purpose for a short stay. The room was clean and had everything I needed. There were a couple of downsides, though. The shower was a bit unusual and not the easiest to use, which made it less enjoyable. Also, the walls seemed very thin, so I could hear quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. That said, for a short stay it did the job, and the location and basic facilities were adequate. I would consider staying again if I just needed somewhere convenient for a night."

"Przede wszystkim przeglądam, ponieważ Iwan, facet, który mnie przyjął na recepcję, służył mi w barze i pomagał mi na śniadanie następnego ranka (!) był tak doskonały. Był przyjazny, uprzejmy i pomocny, nieoczekiwany. Pomógł mi nawet z kierunkami do mojego miejsca przeznaczenia następnego ranka, drukując trasę autobusową, na której miałbym podróżować. Mam bogate doświadczenie z Travelodge, nie zawsze pozytywne, ale ten ostatni pobyt ma więcej niż odkupił jakiekolwiek niedociągnięcia z przeszłości. Chciałbym dodać, że nie jest moim synem ani czymkolwiek! 😆 Nigdy wcześniej go nie spotkałem. Oh i pokój był bardzo czysty i wygodny, a śniadanie było dość dobre, gorące fasola, która jest nietypowa! 😁"

"Pros: • The hotel’s location is convenient for the purpose of the stay. Cons: • Service is average compared to the price, which is relatively high for the level of services provided. • Check-in and check-out times are different from the standard practice in most hotels. • Housekeeping caused disturbance and did not respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign. • Bathroom cleaning and restocking of amenities are not done regularly. • Basic items such as a toothbrush and sewing kit are not provided. • No bellman service available. • No complimentary bottled water provided for guests, unlike many other hotels. • Breakfast options are limited and not diverse."
