Nasz Standardowy Pokój Króla był wyjątkowo czysty, wygodny i chwalił się absolutnie niesamowity widok na miasto. Byliśmy szczęśliwi, aby oglądać gorące balony powietrza bezpośrednio z naszego okna, co sprawiło, że podróż poczuła się wyjątkowo magiczna. "We stayed for two nights recently. Everything about the hotel was right but we particularly liked the room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor was modern but not too minimalist. All fittings were in good condition and the heating and air-conditioning worked. We did not eat at the hotel as there are nice cafes etc very close by and a proper pub just up to road. The hotel is not in the very centre of Bristol but it's close to everything. Ideal for us. A subsidised car park is only a five minute walk away. All staff were friendly and helpful too. We will stay again."

"The Hotel we found easy to locate, not far from the bus station. Possibly my mistake but thought I had booked a twin room with a double bed but was informed that there were no rooms available with a double bed, so my wife and i put up with a twin room with two single beds. I was surprised there was not a phone in the room incase we needed to contact reception. The hairdryer needed replacing due to it sticking to my wife's hands. All in all we were happy with the room and breakfast and staff were very helpful. So we were pleased."

"Location ideal, but car parking is annoying, we parked in Trenchard and got charged £40 for 24hours. Lovely room and hotel. Spa is cute but smaller than expected, so try and book in advance if you can. We had to pay £10 each extra to use the spa for one hour. So if you want longer than that or to go to the spa in the evening and morning you get charged per hour which isn’t ideal. Everybting else was great, lovely room, comfy bed, etc. I didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that"

"W niedzielę wieczorem, po wizycie u znajomych, pojechaliśmy do centrum miasta w poszukiwaniu tego hotelu… jednak nie mogliśmy się do niego zbliżyć, bo tu i ówdzie były korki. Cztery razy przejechaliśmy główną ulicą w górę i w dół centrum… w końcu się poddaliśmy i pojechaliśmy prosto do domu. Byliśmy strasznie wyczerpani i sfrustrowani, kiedy w końcu dotarliśmy do domu na południu! Nigdy więcej nie wybierzemy hotelu bez parkingu!"

"Hotel was ideally located for our weekend trip, and was very welcoming with a fast check in process. Parking was only £5 for a 24hour period so great value for money compared to other hotels. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. Bathroom was immaculate and nicely decorated and came with Dove handwash and shampoo/shower accessories which was a lovely touch. Although there wasn't a fridge, we had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities along with ironing board, hairdryer, extra pillows and a large TV with Netflix. Slept wonderfully...very peaceful and great black out curtains. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of hot and cold products...plenty of choice and food was hot! Lady who greeted us in restaurant was extremely helpful and asked about allergies. My friend has a nut allergy, so the member of staff proceeded to explain about which products to avoid. This was extremely helpful and essential. This put my friend at ease immediately. The bar are and restaurant again were exceptionally clean and tidy. Decor and seating in bar area was very tasteful and comfortable. Our checkout process was very quick and easy. Over all a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂"

"It meets overall expectations. Some communications are certainly needed to make sure there is a correct understanding of arrangement of cleaning service and other services. The property itself is a big aged I would say. The washing and drying machines seems old and took long time to do washing. However the apartment is generally clean and with quite a bit of sunshine. Right value I would say. Overall the apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to Cabot Circus. Convenient for food and general walk around. Yet not too far away from the old town - very walkable within 20minutes. The place is further away from Clifton Village and Suspension Bridge."
