"We arrived from the UK with receipts of our rooms; booked. 2 rooms, 2 nights. The hotel informed us that THEY only had 1 room booked for 2 nights, not 2 rooms for 2 nights. We showed them our paid booking. They were NOT interested and said they could not help and said, if we wanted another room we would have to pay extra. We argued, asking them to speak to their third party who they instruct to book rooms on their behalf. They did not! Now not understanding English. They were uncooperative and rude! Whilst waiting another group of people were arguing with the reception staff over their deposit After an 8 hour flight, we booked another room (no choice) but, we cancelled the second night. Could not wait to get out of there!!! The location wasn’t great, but we found ‘The WhiteRabbit’ bar/restaurant which was great. Food was amazing, had ‘poutine’ for the first time yum 😋"

"Always my first choice in Brossard. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is ideal, right in Quartier DIX30, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and well organized, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays."

"I had a good stay overall—the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Just a couple of things that could be improved: there were no water bottles in the room, and the water station at reception wasn’t very convenient to use when staying on the 5th floor. Also, the washroom doors didn’t have proper latches or locks, which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was nice."

"It started off well. Friendly greetings, was advised of the pool, gym, and breakfast. Once to our room, the key didn't work. So, I had to go back down to the front desk. Got a new key. Worked... but the room was already occupied with other people. Second trip to the front desk. Got a new room. Success No one in there. Once in the room, there is no toilet paper. No towels, THIRD trip to front desk. I don't think we will be returning to this location. I'm very disappointed, especially after a 12 hour trip."
