"One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a long time. I travel twice a month, so I’ve experienced a range of accommodations, and this one was disappointing despite a few positives. The Good: • Convenient location near buses for skiing. • Shuttle service was a nice touch. • Customer service was friendly and helpful. The Bad: • Zero soundproofing. You’ll hear everything—TVs, footsteps, chairs scraping, conversations. Avoid the first floor at all costs—it’s directly above a restaurant, so you’ll get bass vibrations from the music. • Speakers outside the restaurant are ridiculously loud and start at 8 AM, going nonstop until 11:30 PM. Even if you’re not on the first floor, the noise is hard to escape. • Window proofing? Nonexistent. You might as well keep your windows open because they don’t block out sound or cold. • The bedding is laughable. The pillows aren’t fluffy—they’re so flat you might as well sleep without one, and the sheets are tiny, like something meant for your kid’s Barbie doll. This review is more about the poor condition of the hotel than the staff, who were genuinely kind. But if you value peace, comfort, and a good night’s sleep, look elsewhere."

"Excellent room in the center of Brunico, very convenient for the pedestrian street. The rooms (4) are connected to the street by a lift that opens onto the main street. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, as is the bathroom. There is no breakfast, but there is a coffee machine with free pods and a shared refrigerator for storing food. I would say very good. I recommend it."

"My daughter and I were there on our winter ski holiday and we are delighted with the place. A great place to relax, beautifully decorated and well maintained rooms, a very large and beautifully decorated spa and relaxation area with an outdoor pool open all year round. Delicious food served to the table (even breakfast is served in a totally unique way) on a varied menu, the quality and taste is pure poetry and the chef is an exceptional master of his craft. And most importantly in each hotel, the atmosphere created by a team of wonderful, smiling, friendly and extremely competent people who pampered us at every turn and allowed us to fully relax, both after our efforts on the slopes and mentally. To complete the skiing experience, the Kronplatz ski run, which ends under the balconies of the hotel. I for one am looking forward to going there again."

"Have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Blitzburg and it's hard to imagine how it could have been any better. The Superior Oak Room we stayed in was generously proportioned and beautifully furnished in a modern style with traditional materials. The service was every bit as warm and welcoming as you might expect from a well-run family business. The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, catering well for individual dietary needs. The bar was perfect for a pre-dinner drink, with just the right amount of conviviality without remotely getting boisterous. The shuttle to the ski lifts ran for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon making access to the slopes a doddle. The train station was a 2 minute walk away for adventures further afield. And the town is as elegant and beautiful as any I can remember. Many thanks to the Familie Baumgartner for making our family holiday quite possibly the best we've ever had."

"Hotel jest naprawdę wspaniały, a nasz klimat jest piękny. Najważniejsze dla naszej rodziny (13 i 15 lat dzieci), były wędrówki, rowery, najlepszej jakości żywności i napojów, niewiarygodne basen i spa udogodnienia. Wynajęliśmy rowery e-bike z Hotelu wielki dzień na zewnątrz. Wszystko jest na Twoim podejściu. Wyposażenie Spa są świetne, wiele opcji leczenia i ciekawe klasy, które nie próbowałem wcześniej. Jedzenie jest niesamowite i jemy dużo! Kochaliśmy go, mamy nadzieję, że wkrótce wrócimy."

"You’ll find a hidden gem in South-Tirol of Italy here. Totally family controlled at the highest level for nothing else, but for the guests comfort. A bit out the city of Bruneco, however the visitors are pampered with cozy atmosphere. Rooms are specious, the dining experience is outstanding. Four course dinner with good wine selection, their breakfast also out-of sights. Prices are reasonable by American standards. Highly recommend…"
