This hotel is clean and well-matained. Room was very large with a lounge chair, but no ottoman, which would have been convenient for an extra luggage rack. Large refrigerator with a freezer that was defrosted. Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, more versatile for 2 guests. Lots of towels provided. A grab bar by the tub is a nice feature. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Receipt was slipped under the door the next morning early. The location is great for lots of restaurant choices and good access back to I-30. Beds were still too high -- 29”. Awkward to get into! Why???

This is a pet friendly hotel, but as the pet rooms are on the 2nd floor it is a little more awkward to take them in and out. I realize this is because there are only a few rooms on the ground floor, so they have to do this, but it's so to keep in mind when booking. Other than that, the room was nice, the front staff were courteous and helpful . The hotel is right next to an IHOP and TaMollys Mexican restaurant (very good food) so you can just walk for supper and breakfast.

Overall the hotel was in a great location to restaurants and the sports venue we were playing at. There were swim, basketball and volleyball teams staying here and the hotel was sold out. Check-in was smooth and the host was friendly and efficient. The room was nice and clean. The problem was with the breakfast. It started and 7am but they opend a few minutes early because they were already open when we arrived at 7. They were out of OJ, out of hot water for oatmeal (individual cups and/or packets instead of pot) out of fruit option 1st day but was stock on 2nd day, and out of small water bottles 2nd day. If they had just opened, I don't see how they could be out. Overall I would stay here again. I would just have a back up plan for breakfast.
