One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Location is amazing, just across the road from Keleti railway. Very clean everywhere and rooms are great too. Service staff are superb, every single one of them are friendly and helpful. Really glad that we have chosen this hotel and we will definitely come back again. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Dobrze położony, niezbyt daleko od głównych atrakcji. Instalacje są świetne, z ładnym patio. Recepcjonistki bardzo pouczające i przyjazne. Poleciłbym to miejsce.

Pobyt w hotelu Movenpick (dawniej Novotel) był wart swojej ceny. Bardzo miękkie łóżko i nowoczesny design pokoju były na najwyższym poziomie. Doskonała lokalizacja, tuż przy przystanku tramwajowym i metrze, a do wielu restauracji i supermarketów można dojść w 5 minut.

Opłacalność. Najlepsza. Śniadanie. To był posiłek, ale nie był kiepski. Nie było większych niedogodności w transporcie podczas mojego 3-dniowego pobytu.

The apartment complex is located on the corner of two quiet side streets. The nearest metro station, Blaha Lujsa-ter, as well as the Keleti train station, are easily accessible on foot. The new building, completed in 2026, is naturally still in good condition, very clean, and was presumably intended for apartment rentals. The apartments that are currently vacant are being rented out to tourists like hotel rooms. The booked breakfast for two people for two days was already there upon arrival, but unfortunately, the portions weren't very generous and were eaten on the first day. It seems we were expecting two more portions for the following day... Well, a little diet never hurt anyone! What was practically non-existent was the Wi-Fi, which only connected for a few minutes at a time before disconnecting again. The furnishings were rather spartan, which is due to the intended use as long-term rentals – the future tenants are meant to furnish the apartment to their own taste. The fairly large eat-in kitchen, estimated at 25 square meters, didn't feel particularly inviting as a result. The bedroom, with the necessary minimum distance between the double bed and the walls, was very cozy. The bathroom had a shower head built into the bathtub – a real challenge for anyone who showers without flooding the bathroom. The small balcony shouldn't be forgotten; it offers enough space for two people to enjoy the fresh air – and it's also a good place to dry laundry and umbrellas. Considering the many old, small, and worn-out hotel rooms out there, this is definitely a worthwhile addition, but not preferable to a true four-star hotel.

Upon arrival at night, the hotel appeared abandoned due to the lack of lighting. We later learned there was a power outage; however, the receptionist was accommodating and helpful. She offered us drinks and snacks while we waited to check in. After some time, since the power had not yet returned, she kindly arranged a ground-floor room for us. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities. Overall, it’s one of the better hotel options near Keleti Railway Station—just one bus stop away with a short walk.

The front of house were great. The cleaning and housekeeping service needs work. They do not have a do not disturb sign, so we had house keeping knocking on our door at 9am after a big night out in Budapest. Then when the rude housekeeper arrived, he dint touch the bed. Just changed the towels and did the bare minimum. Won’t be back based off of this experience.

Sam hotel jest pięknym blendem klasycznej architektury i nowoczesnego projektu, z eleganckim dekoracją i spokojną atmosferą w całym kraju. Chciałbym tu znów zostać i polecić to każdemu, kto odwiedza miasto, szukając komfortu, uroku i usługi top-notch.

Location is not exactly in the heart of the city, but it is not far away. Very clean and I personally love the facility and design of the hotel, the cherry on top is the heart warming service, overall definitely worth the price if you want a comfy and classy place to stay it's the one, but if you want a room with river view, maybe go with Intercontinental or marriot but their appearance does not look to nice

Uroczy hotel, wygląda na całkiem nowy. Atrium sprawia, że ​​jest przyjemnie i jasno. Personel recepcji był sprawny. Nasz pokój był dość duży, z oknem i czajnikiem – dla nas to dodatkowy atut. Lodówka też była przydatna. Pokój był sprzątany, kiedy poszliśmy na śniadanie, ale nie powiesiliśmy na drzwiach kartki z prośbą o niezakłócanie spokoju – wszystkie nasze rzeczy wciąż były porozrzucane, a ja lubię posprzątać, zanim sprzątaczka wejdzie do pokoju. Śniadanie było wystarczające, chociaż większy lub drugi toster byłby dodatkowym atutem. Długo czekaliśmy, aż kilku gości zrobi sobie tosty. Kawa była ciepła, ale nie gorąca. Lokalizacja jest świetna. Bardzo blisko metra, tramwajów i autobusów. Dwa przystanki metrem dowożą do autobusu na lotnisko. Łatwo się tam poruszać. Zatrzymałbym się ponownie w Atrium, gdybym wrócił do Budapesztu.
