Arrived at the store at 9 pm, but no one received it. It is said that the hotel actually has 4 rooms, and the door with a code lock is more like a homestay. I found a small assistant from Trip.com. After contacting, I said that the front desk was off work at 8:30, but I didn't inform in advance and didn't leave any notice. Wait until 9:30 to be called to inform the unlock password to enter the room. Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad. Ctrip's little assistant is good, contact at 3 o'clock in the night of Beijing time until the problem is solved.

The hotel is in a very good location near the center of Udine (15 minutes walk) and it offers free parking. Generally it has a good value for money. The room was very clean and ready for us to move in even before 2 pm. The room temperature was very good, although I would like to have the option to adjust the temperature myself. The noise isolation is not very good, though. We could hear almost every noise from the nearby rooms and also from the street traffic. The personnel is friendly and eager to help, we were also allowed to leave the car in the parking even after checking out. Breakfast was almost ok if you exclude the cold eggs and the limited variety.

The room was clean and quiet this time with a terrace, a large, comfortable, and a variety of dressing towels available. Clean bathroom, comfortable shower with a variant of a cascade sofa. This Hotel was 3 star not 4 star. I guess because of the swimming pool they have achieved this? The Restaurant was closed during August (disappointing) and it is in a more industrial area, luckily we had a car so could drive to a restaurant one of the evenings. Reception were really helpful. The bar is modern and drinks were great and reasonable. The bar menu is limited but was good. Breakfast was good with lots of choices although watermelon the only fresh fruit. The corridor outside our room was dark and very 1970’s looking. Room had all we needed but dated. Pool was fine, we had to take beds outside to the sun. Small space outside. All in all just ok, could be improved with an upgrade of the building!

Accoglienza un po' freddina della receptionist, oltretutto nonostante l'esplicita prenotazione su Booking del posto auto a pagamento questo non era stato riservato ma è stato meglio così perché vicino alla struttura vi sono parcheggi liberi dove non abbiamo mai avuto problemi per posteggiare l'auto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance: camera datata ma pulita anche se rumorosa per via del traffico sottostante, non si può dire la stessa cosa dell'ingresso dove stagna un'odore persistente di muffa credo, e dove vi sono tendaggi che hanno visto tempi e lavaggi migliori. Buona colazione la mattina corredata da un bel buongiorno da parte dell'addetta, il che non guasta mai. In 10 minuti si arriva in centro a piedi e nelle vicinanze c'è anche la stazione ferroviaria.
