"Zarezerwowaliśmy ładny pokój typu Superior z widokiem na pole golfowe. Wszystko w hotelu zostało całkowicie odnowione, a personel jest niezwykle przyjazny. Ofertę uzupełniają bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe przed hotelem, super wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka z dużą ilością miejsca do przechowywania oraz naprawdę dobre śniadanie i kolacja w formie bufetu. Korzystanie z przestronnej strefy spa z krytym i odkrytym basenem, sauną i łaźnią parową było wliczone w cenę. Zabiegi kosmetyczne i masaże można rezerwować spontanicznie, a profesjonaliści też tu pracują. Szczególnie urocze wydały mi się gniazda jaskółek na naszym balkonie i na fasadzie hotelu. Miło jest je tam zostawić, a małe ptaszki budzą Cię rano swoim słodkim śpiewem. Na pewno i chętnie wrócimy do Hotelu Greenfield. Dziękujemy zespołowi za uczynienie naszej krótkiej przerwy tak przyjemnym."

"Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój Deluxe z balkonem dla 2 osób dorosłych i 1 dziecka w zachodnim skrzydle. Dzisiaj dostaliśmy pokój BEZ balkonu, nawet nie będąc o tym poinformowanym przy meldowaniu. Kiedy o to zapytaliśmy, nie otrzymaliśmy ani wiarygodnego wyjaśnienia, ani przeprosin. Pracownik hotelu również odmówił umieszczenia nas w kategorii pokoju, którą zarezerwowaliśmy i za którą zapłaciliśmy. W pokoju, który dostaliśmy było ponad 30 stopni, nie działała klimatyzacja, nie było moskitiery. Recepcjonistka początkowo powiedziała, że ​​ktoś przyjdzie po klimatyzację. Gdy nikt nie przyszedł, ten sam pracownik poinformował nas, że na wiosnę w hotelach nie ma klimatyzacji. Znowu nie ma wymówki. Z potwierdzenia rezerwacji wynika, że ​​dostaliśmy oczywiście pokój z klimatyzacją."

"The hotel is way far from 4 stars. Old, bad looking furnitures, very uncomfortable beds, not well cleaned parts of the full building. Restaurant is also far from 4 stars, such as the wellness. Restaruranr in the spa is very cold, imagine you wait there while you are wet from swimming... Food is not delicious, drinks like lemonade is terrible sweet without real taste. Uncomfortable beds with pillows like they are stuffed with balls, painful to sleep on. No insect screen so try to get some fresh air into your room without many mosquitos or other bugs... For this price range you can choose many other 4 star hitels which are truly 4 stars. This one is maximum 3 stars."

"We came with an electric car. They have only one charging station which is NOT marked as a special place for charging electric cars but a place for the disabled!!! We asked the reception to help us move the cars that were parked there (two NON electric cars!) but they didn't help us! This service is poor!!! We could have charged here for the road but there is no free space. The places are occupied by non-electric cars!"
