"Hotel ma świetną lokalizację. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dwuosobowy, ale został on zamieniony na dwuosobowy. W hotelu było wielu gości, w tym wielu tych, którzy przyszli na śniadanie, więc panowała tam bardzo żywa atmosfera. Personel recepcji był przyjazny i bez problemu można było się porozumieć po angielsku. Parking był bezpłatny, ale wyposażenie pokoi było nieco przestarzałe, a w pokojach było dużo ludzi, przez co hotel wydawał się co najwyżej trzygwiazdkowy. Lokalizacja i obsługa były dodatkowymi atutami."

"The hotel in Bukhara truly made an impression! I'll start with breakfast – the buffet was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, all fresh and delicious. It was a real pleasure to start the morning with such a breakfast. I particularly want to highlight the interior and design – everything is tastefully thought out, with a consistent style. The many pleasant little details complement each other, creating a special atmosphere of comfort and harmony. It's clear that a lot of heart went into designing this place. The cleanliness in the room and throughout the entire hotel was impeccable. The bathroom deserves a special mention: all the tiles gleamed, with not a single trace of grime or streaks, making it very pleasant to use. Among the small touches that immediately impress: they provided slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a generous three towels – no need to ask for anything extra. There was also shampoo and shower gel, a bidet shower, and toilet paper. In the room, there was a kettle and a refrigerator, and bottled water was provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortably cool despite the heat outside. They even carried our luggage up to the room, so we didn't have to haul anything ourselves. I especially want to commend the administrators – they were very polite, always smiling, and ready to help and advise on any matter. The service here is simply wonderful ❤️ The attentive staff, pleasant atmosphere, and attention to every detail truly stood out. After a previous experience in another city, this hotel was a real breath of fresh air. I definitely recommend it!"

"We had two fantastic days here and were really blown away by the hospitality. The room was super spacious and spotless. The interior is gorgeous – you can tell they've thought of every little detail. I had a couple of requests during our stay, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even gave us great tips on where to try authentic Bukhara plov and some really delicious shashlik. Breakfast was amazingly varied and tasty – everything was freshly prepared, and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect too – just a 5-minute walk to the Ark Citadel, with convenience stores nearby and a big market where you can find absolutely everything, from souvenirs and clothes to fresh fruits and veggies. And on top of that, it's honestly the best value for money you could ask for. Highly recommend!"

"The room matched the promotional pictures and was relatively clean. The pillows weren't very comfortable; travelers with high standards for pillows should probably skip this one. Breakfast was decent, typical Uzbekistani food. It wasn't a buffet; the hotel provides a separate set meal with boiled eggs, naan bread, dried fruit, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hot tea. The room got very hot in the summer; it took a long time for the temperature to drop after turning on the air conditioning. The bathroom was quite small. The hotel itself is relatively new and has a unique decor. Overall, for the price, the stay was very good!"

"I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. I’ve also added the places I visited while staying there. I have already added a lot of images to my last feedback if you want to check it out."

"We are an elderly couple from China traveling to Bukhara with a wheelchair. After checking in, we received special care from the manager and were given a room on the same floor as the front desk. On May 18th, a young man at the front desk provided us with a map, highlighting the main attractions and advising us on whether to walk, take a taxi, or use an electric cart, which made our sightseeing very convenient and quick. Both front desk staff members helped us with the wheelchair whenever we entered or left. After checking out on the 19th, as our train was at 9:45 PM, the young man who started his shift after noon offered us green tea and snacks. He also advised us to leave the hotel before 8 PM and helped us call a Yandex-Go to carry our luggage and take us to the boarding point. Unfortunately, there was traffic control on the road outside, allowing only outbound traffic. This young man ran back and forth to find us a car and didn't leave until he had successfully seen us off. The hotel's breakfast was also abundant and delicious, and the staff greeted us with smiles and provided attentive service. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, very new and quiet. Its proximity to the main attractions made sightseeing easy. We were delighted to stay at your beautiful new hotel. I will recommend it to my friends and family, hoping that more Chinese people will visit Uzbekistan in the future. Your warm and thoughtful service and friendly atmosphere will become a cherished memory for us. May the friendship between China and Uzbekistan last forever!"

Because we checked out so early, at 4:40 AM, the owner helped us call a taxi to the train station – a big thumbs up! "The guesthouse has about four rooms centered around a shared courtyard. It's located in the heart of the residential area in the northwest of Bukhara's Old City, within walking distance to Lyab-i Hauz, the Ark Citadel, and other major attractions in Bukhara. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and I personally loved the decor. If you plan on cooking your own meals, I recommend choosing the 'Honey Moon' room type, as 'Bachelor' rooms don't come with an induction cooktop. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They're happy to provide information about Bukhara's attractions and communicate fluently in English. Breakfast needs to be pre-ordered and reserved the day before. There's a wide variety of choices, and staff deliver it to your room at your chosen time. It's very hearty and features local specialties – highly recommended. Overall, this guesthouse will be an integral part of your Bukhara trip. It's truly an unbeatable choice."
