Located in an industrial area 10mins north of Burgos town with ample free parking. We utilised this hotel as our last night stopover before catching the early afternoon ferry from Santander. Easy access onto the main road network and just under 2hrs drive to the ferry port. Unfortunately the day of our visit was a public holiday in Spain so the hotel was brimming with guests in the in house restaurant and the reception guys were obviously not happy having to work from the lack of welcome and expressions on their faces. Never the less the room exceeded our expectations in view of the very good room rate. Good size and very clean room with very comfortable beds and everything you need in the bathroom. Good for a one night stopover before catching the ferry.

Also in our case, we arrived at 5:00 am after the event, and at 9:00 am the cleaning staff made so much noise and made so many noises and noises that we had no choice but to Able to get dressed and leave without rest after informing them in person. In this regard, this is the worst experience we have ever had because it gives the impression that they want you to leave the room as soon as possible. El hotel está bien situado, cerca de la catedral, como a 5 minutos. Dispone de parking (de pago). En recepción todo perfecto, gran atención. Las habitaciones bien, pero necesitarían una pequeña actualización, las cortinas estaban un poco regular, y tiene moqueta en todo el suelo que no es muy higiénica. El baño amplio y bien servido, con bañera en vez de ducha. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la piscina climatizada, estando dentro vimos fuera que estaba nevando y no pasamos nada de frío, ¡¡es muy recomendable!! Tiene también un pequeño gimnasio y saunas. Te cobran un euro por la toalla para la piscina, pero merece la pena. El precio es medio y por los servicios, calidad, atención y situación, sin duda lo recomiendo.

I loved the super clean and classic room with big bathtub. Since it is not in the city center, I could enjoy quiet night with refreshing wind from the window. It is a family run hotel and the owner lady was extremely kind, flexible and efficient. Her sons are also very helpful, and fluent in English. It was 15 min walk from the city center. Though bus is also available, I never took since the path to the hotel was very safe and beautiful. Spanish style breakfast was around 4 Euro. I enjoyed about everything at this hotel and difinately come back. Thank you for the great stay.

El Valles ligt direct aan de snelweg wat op zich niet verkeerd is als je op doorreis bent. De kamer was oké en voldeed, maar de grote verrassing kwam toen we er gingen eten. Het restaurant opende pas om 20.30 uur haar deuren, de menukaart was weinig uitdagend en de bediening evenzo! De hamburger die we besteld was niet smaakvol en niet vers , geperst vlees! De bediening was onpersoonlijk, het servies werd nog net niet uit je handen getrokken! Dachten we alles gehad te hebben kregen we nog de volgende dag het ontbijt, om te janken zo slecht en niet vers! Dus neem maar lekker een ander hotel als je op doorreis bent en in Burgos een tussenstop nodig hebt.

Contrary to the TripAdvisor entry the hotel is open! Great location opposite the cathedral. Wonderful staff. We arrived at 02.30 due to a delayed ferry but were greeted by a very helpful receptionist. Our room, 304, had a great view of the cathedral. Parking is expensive at 18 Euros a day but very convenient and vital in a congested town. The room at 76 euros including breakfast was good. Breakfast was generous with lots f choice. Only complaint was open window, a covid requirement apparently, in breakfast room made it chilly.

My name is Jordi A. and I have enjoyed this terrific hotel for 4 days. If you have decided to visit Burgos I heartly recommend you this hotel. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional and I don´t forget the waiters and waitresses that say a sweet good morning when you enter to the breakfast room. They behaved very well with me and one them offered me very friendly a cup of chocolate with ” churros ”. The room was perfect, neither big nor small. The bed was big and comfortable and there wasn´t a noise that could disturb my sweet dreams. I don´t know if I will come back to Burgos but if I go I will pretty sure choose NH Collection Palacio de Burgos again. I wanted to write this review in Catalan, my mother tongue language, but I have seen that it is impossible with Trip Advisor so I have decide to write it in English.

We stopped at this hotel as a family along with our 2 dogs en route back to the U.K. in the height of the pandemic, the room was clean and tidy and breakfast was in the restaurant a short stroll to the main building , our room because we had a dogs was a motel type ,but I was aware of a higher grade of room in the main building for people without animals . There was a restaurant and a self-service café on site also a short walk across the car park along with a bar and shop . All in all a great night stop over for 2 adults a child and 2 dogs for about €90 . The check in staff were great .

This hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head. The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.
