Very convenient place to stay when on the coast. Not far to beaches but in a nice quiet location and with nice rooms. We only had a basic room as this is all we wanted. Staff very friendly. close to train station and football stadium and close to shops and restaurants.

This hotel is in a great location and allows you to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Gold Coast. It is also easily accessible from the Cypress Avenue tram station. There is a coin laundry so you can wash your clothes. The only amenities were two soaps and a small shampoo, so if you're staying for multiple nights, it might be a good idea to prepare a toothbrush, comb, shampoo, etc.

So, we booked 18 nights in this 3.5 star resort and the from the photos it looked very reasonable for the price. However, this has been the worst place we have ever stayed in. 1. Room was not serviced for our entire stay, even though the resort policy is longer stays are serviced every 7th day. We have been responsible for laundering the sheets and towels ans buying our own toilet paper. 2. The room wasn't clean to start with, dust on most surfaces including the ceiling and curtains 3. Room in serious state of disrepair and looks like it hasn't seen a paint brush since it was built. 4. We booked a garden view room. Not much of a garden to view and only meters from the drive and carpark. The main contents of the garden are cigarette butts from the filthy pig living in the room above 5. We tried sitting on the patio for breakfast, however this was interrupted by ash and cigarette butts raining down from above. 6. The room has no personality, prison cells we've seen in movies look more appealing. 7. Mattress on the bed is stuffed and should have been replaced years ago. I definitely will never recommend this place as it seems the owners are more interested in collecting the money than making sure what they're offering is worth it

Bupper within walking distance of Gold Coast Airport in Coulangatta. I booked a private room to recover because I stayed in a very noisy 々 good buffer １ weeks until the day before my stay (laughs) I don't have a single for four consecutive nights, and the first two nights are twin singles It was like 50 〜 60 Australian dollars per night in Su, and 40 Australian dollars per night from the third night? Still, it is broken compared to the surrounding hotels. (Australia is really expensive and hard to stay) Also, it is good to move because it is difficult to move at check-in, so if you ask if you can't do it in the same room during your stay, you already have a reservation I was told I couldn't. Still, the staff was good. Except for the owner, the staff were all friendly and nice backpackers (laughs). The facility itself was old, well maintained, and there were several public spaces, and the privacy was moderately protected and cozy. Dark room, dining room, bright room with billiard table, spacious garden where smoking and BBQ can be done, garden with pool, and other garden with bench ５ places? There was. Unlike the buffer in the city, it was such a buffer that I wanted to stay again in a calm atmosphere. There are no restaurants and supermarkets around, but it is close to the airport, so it is good for the night before the flight or the rest after entering the field. I will definitely stay again soon.

I stayed here for 6 nights and can go honestly say it was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate and everyday the room staff had a little teddy I had with me that my daughter gave me sitting on the bed between the pillows (it’s the little things like this that make a stay memorable and the guest feel welcome). I had dinner one night in the restaurant and again the 2 ladies working were so friendly and professional and the gnocchi was fabulously fresh and tasty. I I’ll be recommending the Elite to friends and family.

Great resort !! My partner and I had a lovely time and enjoyed using the pool and spa while weather permitted. Staff were incredibly kind and accomodating throughout our stay.

I sit and write this during a current stay far from impressed and wishing we had booked elsewhere! Whilst close to Seaworld itself it is otherwise completely off the beaten track and you need a car or to spend $$ on public transport (or to be content just staying at the resort for the duration of the stay). Other than the restaurants in the resort there are no other restaurants within east walking distance. An Uber to Broadbeach/Pacific Fair was $25 one way. There is a free shuttle to Pacific Fair bit for one of the scheduled departures it did not arrive today. The rooms are clean but basic and extremely noisy. Yes this is a family resort but I still think the noise is well beyond any other family resort I have stayed in of similar value. The bathrooms are dated despite being described in the ‘luxury escapes’ ad as stylish with pastel hues (pastel yes…stylish and/or modern definite no). There appears to be very little noise proofing between rooms. The ‘corridors’ are frequently adorned with used towels or used room service trays that the ‘bin chickens’ are having a go at and spreading the contents. Overall I would not recommend it for a stay.
