Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. 5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

I have no comment about the room as i am aware of what i am paying. The location is great, just a few minutes walks to Kozahan & Ulu Cami. I walked to Uludag telefrik as well from the hotel, but to walk up there required a lot of stamina as it’s uphill. As a person who come from Malaysia flat land who rarely walks it’s really hard but we managed to reached the telefrik. The owner and his friend also a kind guys who let me check in early as the room already available. They also helped me with my big luggages. They can speak English and i am most grateful for their help getting me taxi to ferry pier early in the morning. My only problem is the smoking smell is so strong. I don’t know where it came from but it really hurt my nose.

A bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom is much bigger than I thought. It is newly renovated with a clean shower.

Let me be honest; you get what you give!! The difference between this place and second chipset one is $16 (two times). I paid only $15!! The location is awesome! in the heart of Bursa. All attractions are nearby. Restaurants, gift shop, bazaars, markets, metro and bus stations. However the quality of hotel is not great. I expected something better! Actually it is not a hotel. At least for me who have visited more than 30 countries and experienced different hotels, hostels, BB, airbnb. Old building that is still on feet. I was in a room with queen bed but sheet was not clean. There were some clean ones outside, I wanted to change it but the reception staff didn’t let. He told we already changed it and if you saw some hairs on, it is because of open windows. OMG, the rest room was one of the triable ones that I ever used. It smelled very bad! I couldn’t breath and I should have kept my mouth closed to use it. Now, let me share some good experience: polite, kind, and friendly staff who want to help you. They couldn’t speak English but they tried to understand me and help me. They were very supportive. Adel told me about city and the attractions that valued visiting. The other one helped me to carry my baggage (Sorry, I didn’t have cash to pay tip). He walked me to bus station. The cleaning lady gave me free tea, bread, and chocolate. They were amazing people. I’d like to back there not to stay but to see that kind people. Thank you Can otel staffs.
