Good enough for a one night stay, the bathroom needs renovation though.

This place was a disaster. It was right near train station and freeway. It wasn’t very clean. They had duct tape to fix things. Would never recommend this place. Service was bad as well.

To summarize the review I didn’t feel comfortable drinking water out the tap. The washroom had white tiles with white grout. Except that’s not how it is anymore. It’s all yellow and pink from people peeing all over it and it not being properly cleaned, possibly ever. The soap holder doesn’t hold soap. And looks like it’s been knocked loose 20 times and each time they just use more glue over the old glue to put it back up. The breakfast that was included, I didn’t eat. Limited and didn’t look appetizing to say the least. Overall very outdated premises and not very well maintained - gives dingy motel vibes. The whole parking lot was a slush puddle. If you drive a car I wouldn’t be surprised if you got stuck. No snow removal it looks like. If you’re forced to stay at this hotel because of location like I was, there is one other hotel in the immediate vicinity. For only $25 more it’s much nicer and actually feels like a hotel.

Nice enough hotel, but needs a bunch of updating & repairs to get close to the 8.2 rating I chose it for.
Some examples:
Tub was still steel & used a mat for ant slip.
Was also plumbed with H & C reversed. A maintenance person had used fender washers to reattach the face plate.
Some of the top few plugs were so worn they didn’t work.
If there were any USB ports, I didn’t see them.
Wifi was not secure.
Staff were great.
Hotel would be ok for a family on a budget that wanted a pool, but not for me

Hotel kept things simple and and did the common things well. Waterslide was a hit with our 6 year old.

Actually it was a nice experience,,but we found some difficulties with transportation, they should have a shuttle for the airport of Calgary
Sirgio was nice and all the C or the night shift even the room service.
The reception was okay

Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean. The check in staff were friendly. Our fridge froze all our food over night. The hotel does not offer hand soap in the rooms or ice buckets. The tub was worn and slippery. However overall we had a comfortable stay.
