"I checked in on 31 May 2026 and checked out on 1 June 2026. I was requested by the hotel to pay a deposit of CAD100 upon check in. As the credit card machine encountered some problems, the receptionist advised me to try payment in another machine. I realised on the next day that both of the transactions were successfull and my credit card was debited twice with total payment of CAD200. I contacted the hotel and they informed me that the payment will be refunded in 5-7:days. As at 29 June 2026, almost coming to a month, I have yet to receive the refund. I am very unhappy with the refund policy as I have received the refund of deposit from other hotels within 4-5 days. I hope the hotel looks into this complaint seriously and act accordingly."

"This hotel is excellent. The room is very spacious and the TV is extremely large, which makes it very comfortable to relax. The bathroom is also very nice and well designed. They provide high-quality shampoo and body wash, which feel very premium. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and highly recommended."

"The hotel is in a good location. There are restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It must be praised that the hot water is hot enough and the amount of water is strong enough. However, the hotel facilities are old. If you use the hair dryer in the room for 30 minutes, the room will be electrified. You have to go to the front desk and tell the assistant. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly restored the electricity."
