"The staff were always smiling, friendly, and incredibly kind throughout my stay. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and made dining very convenient and enjoyable. The only minor issue was that the drain in the bathroom didn't flow very well. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. I enjoyed a nice view of downtown from my room, and the location was perfect, with convenient Uber access to many places. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"I booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)"

"This place is truly pleasant and easily ranks among the top 3 accommodations in this price range! Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided a common area, like a living room, and a space to store luggage, which allowed me to comfortably spend extra time exploring downtown. The place was exceptionally clean, and almost all essential amenities were provided, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel may not be rated 5 stars on the web, but the comfort, central location, safety, price, staff's efficiency and service is more than 5 stars. I would come here again without hesitation. The walls and floors are concrete, sound proof,ample parking, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Also on main bus route. Beds are really comfortable, has a fridge, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, free internet, great selection of TV channels, and a swimming pool. What more can anyone ask for?"

"Hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Canada. For a Canadian hotel, it's quite new for a 4-star, and the room amenities are excellent. The bedding is incredibly comfortable; once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The hotel's location is also great, right in the city center. There's a Bus 300 stop nearby that goes to and from the airport. Plus, one of the top-rated steak restaurants is just around the corner."

"The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience."

"Had an amazing stay at Residence Inn! The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds (its on the softer side so you really sink in), perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring. Most of Calgary’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel also offers self-service laundry, which was a big plus. Washing and drying cost only CAD 3 each, which is very reasonable compared to other places we’ve stayed. Laundry sheets/powder are also available for CAD 4 in the lobby's shop. Parking isn’t free, but that’s expected downtown. You can choose valet service or park in the next building for CAD 30 per night. If you prefer, there’s also street parking and several parkades nearby - both street-level and underground. Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary!"
