I love this hotel. It has easy access to every part of Calgary. And the pillows...

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel it was excellent my kids had so much fun in the pool. The service in the pool was not that great the server was not so nice but everything else was good

캘거리에서 갈려고 했던 장소가 모두 근처 있어서 접근성은 좋았고 날씨가 추운날은 heated pool이어도 넘 추웠음. 무료 아침은 그저그랬고 직원들의 서비스는 괜찮았음

Easy to book, check 8n, good amenities
The best is the clean rooms and most comfortable beds n bedding. Always feel rested. Great complimentary breakfast too

It has all been outstanding!! Check in was was fast. Our room was upgraded, hot breakfast was delicious. Hot tub pool and steam room were extely well maintained. This is a fabulous place to stay!!

Nice stay. The breakfast scenario was awkward. Breakfast included, but then the attendant provided a “receipt” and asked for tips. Checkout was frustrating. Demanding I pay my invoice again despite paying at check in. 4 different staff members tried telling me the charge was just a hold and not a real payment. Well my credit card is maxed out from your “hold” so I can’t pay until you release the charge. They said that takes 5 days. Eventually they “figured it out” and let me leave.
