Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

Really nice hotel situated around 2/3 miles from the airport. The location was ideal for an early flight and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were fabulous. They told me where to go to replace an electrical item and even set it up on Google Maps for me to follow. The rooms were basic, but most importantly clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price you’ll pay for a night there especially if you have an early flight to catch. You’ll not find any better in the area for value for money.

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

Location is close to the airport, and they offer free shuttle to the city center which is about 40 mins away. Nice beach and swimming pool has a lazy river and a slightly shorter than 50m pool. Amenities are great, but could perhaps offer conditioner too. Limited food choices during lunch and dinner as they only have set menu. Massage have to go to city Center. Overall a quiet, peaceful and stress free stay

The Alana Nha Trang Beach Hotel is a lovely hotel. It is near the beach and has a very nice, if a bit limited sea view. The hotel very kindly gave me a room upgrade. The facilities are superb. The rooms are wonderful and the beds are comfortable (if you get to sleep in them), and the staff is very helpful. Each room has a scale for weighing your luggage, which helped me because I'm always teetering on the limit of being stuck somewhere forever. Breakfast is the usual superb buffet you'd expect from a five-star hotel. What's not to like? Don't come here if you're looking to sleep. Everything was fine until about 10pm when someone started doing construction on the wall of my room. Bash! Crash! Thump! Duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh-duh--duh-duh-duh-duh-Crash!!! BOOM! This went on four hours. The hotel must have anticipated it because there were two sets of earplugs on the table next to the bed. Trying to block this assault with earplugs was like trying to stop a fire hose with a cotton ball. BOOM! BANG! DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-DUH-BANG! I was on the 10th floor and I was still being pummeled like I was the object of a B-52 strike centred on my head. i eventually took all the bedding off the bed, went into the bathroom and made a place to sleep on the tile floor. Having an extra door and a glass wall between me and the constant pounding helped muffle it a bit, and I was eventully able to fall asleep from exhaustion after several hours of assult by pounding ”music.” This might be a great place to come if you want an accompaniment to a little illicit afternoon boom-boom-boom, but don't come here if you expect a relaxing evening and some sleep. You won't get it. It was a horrible experience, due entirely to the relentless, torturous assault that was inflicted on me. Would I recommend this hotel? Not a chance. Just for afternoon quickies. I'm giving it a rating of two, which is an average of 5 for illicit afternoon activities and 0 for normal uses like sleeping, relaxing, watching TV, reading, or writing. Actually, the rating is 2.5 but ratings of 0 and half-point ratings aren't allowed so I'm making it a 2 because the experience was so painful. Lovely hotel. Assault on the senses, and not in a good way. Save it for those secret liaisons where you have no expectation of sleep.

It was soft, like it smelled like something that had just come out of a friend's dryer. It's really worth the price if you bring some food with you. The veranda was so clean, and it was so big that I thought it would be a waste to keep this large space to myself, so no one could give me a massage. When I arrived, I just slept for a day and did some work, but the view was so good that I wasn't even upset!!!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 6 nights. The front desk team and its manager Mr Thi were impressive and therefore I would like to write this review to appreciate them. They cared for our stay, responding to our requests promptly, greeting us everyday, talked to us like friends and helping us making local calls. The hotel looked new and clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good and many restaurants nearby. However, there was a construction site next to the hotel that started work very early and sometimes finishing late at night. So there might be some noise if the room is near to the construction site.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3
