"The hotel is located right in the center of Canazei. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. The carpeting along the stairs isn't the best; it's a bit depressing. The only major flaw is the lack of an elevator, and if I'd known that in advance, I'm not sure I would have booked because it's not exactly ideal for carrying luggage, especially having to walk up three flights of stairs every time, or for those with family members in wheelchairs. The staff is very kind, but very cold. At the reception, being more cheerful and welcoming guests with a smile wouldn't be a bad thing, because their faces always made it look like something had happened. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"Spa tietemp. Unfortunately, we didn't stay at this hotel, but we only spent an afternoon at their spa. Amazing!! The price is more than reasonable for what they offer. Very kind staff. The spa is clean and fully equipped. The relaxation area is beautiful. Everything was perfect. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely stay at this hotel! Thank you."

"The double room and en-suite bathroom were fine, with a little private balcony outside the room with the view of the forest on one side and the view of the hotel breakfast room with people eating on the other side. The issue with this hotel, the only big one, was that the parking was supposed to be there and free, unfortunately there was no parking at all!! They receptionist told us to park in the private parking of the private residents building opposite the hotel and when I asked ‘ what happens if the police take away our car? Will the hotel be responsible?’, of course she said no! As there was absolutely no parking at all around the hotel area, we parked were the receptionist told us but we didn’t have a good night sleep at all, thinking about the car park! So our stay here for one night was ruined. This hotel has no free parking available for all their customers, even if you let them know in advance ( they may have a couple of parking spaces, but it’s a lotto to get one!). So if you decide to stay here, we aware of this if you’re coming by car."

"This was an awful experience and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable customer service. We booked this hotel, and our reservation was supposed to cost €600 for two nights. Unfortunately, three days before our arrival, we were forced to cancel our trip due to circumstances beyond our control. We contacted the hotel manager in advance, informed them that we would not be able to come, and asked if there was any possible solution regarding the amount we had already paid for the non-refundable booking. We fully understood that the cancellation was our responsibility and that we were not automatically entitled to a refund. Over a long exchange with the manager, we proposed several reasonable alternatives. We asked whether the booking could be moved to different dates, as we were willing to stay at the hotel a month later. We suggested keeping the full payment and simply rescheduling our reservation. We also offered other compromises, including receiving only 50% of the booking value as hotel credit or vouchers that could be used exclusively at this property. Every single proposal was rejected. Instead, the manager repeatedly hid behind internal policies and procedures, and in the end the entire amount we had paid was simply forfeited. In my view, this is a very poor way to treat customers. Ironically, the hotel ended up losing more than we did. Had they agreed to move the reservation, we would have happily stayed there on the new dates and spent additional money at the property. Instead, they chose a short-sighted approach that left us with no flexibility whatsoever. As a result, the money was lost, and so was any trust we had in this hotel. I strongly believe that this attitude toward customers reflects the overall level of service you can expect from the property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a genuinely disappointing experience. Fortunately, there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and choose one of them instead. Don't make the same mistake we did—avoid this hotel."

"Very good value hotel. Slightly out of town but no issues walking in and getting the regular buses right outside the hotel. Breakfast very good. Evening meal a bit hit and miss, a few strange combos. Afternoon tea fine. Room spacious for three. The hotel is traditional and some areas are a bit dated but for the money it’s absolutely fine. Neilson staff amazing. Emily particularly good. All very well organised, we had the flight home cancelled due to weather, alternative airport sorted and transport no problem."

Locanda Degli Artisti Art Hotel ★★★★

"What a beautiful hotel. Each room is different but equally nice. Very clean and friendly front desk staff. The breakfasts were delicious. We had one dinner in the restaurant and it was also very good. Our room was spacious with a large tub, mini fridge, safe, wine glasses, balcony and a basket of fruit and nuts. The only complaint (no fault of the hotel) was that it was quite noisy some nights due to traffic and people. We had to keep the sliding door open because it was quite warm."

"Czułem się zmuszony napisać recenzję, czytając inne, które były tak negatywne. Został tutaj z przyjaciółmi na urlop narciarski zarezerwowany przez Ingham. Tak, niektóre części hotelu są datowane, ale jest naprawdę piękny. Mieliśmy pokój w budynku annex i widok z naszego balkonu był oszałamiający. Pokój był datowany, ale idealny dla naszej wizyty, spędziliśmy nasze dni na górze. Łóżka były wygodne, a pokoje były czyste i opiekowane przez personel niesamowicie dobrze. Pokój był dość ciepły, więc czasami trzeba było mieć otwarte okno. Była również nocna wizyta z furgonetki, która była głośna, ale nie była pewna, czy hotel może to kontrolować. Jedzenie było doskonałe i pracownicy byli tak przyjazni i pomocni, zwłaszcza gdy jeden z naszych członków zmagał się z wyborami menu z powodu swoich szczególnych wymagań. Hotel znajduje się w centrum Canezei i zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od ogona. Było to bardzo rozsądnie cenione i chciałbym wrócić."
