Bad customer service..BAD VERY BAD! Terrible time when people check in Recepción doesn’t provide any information regarding the rules or regulations inside the hotel. Nobody knows nothing-There isn’t información desk. Everything had to be done with reception.. meaning go in line again and again…Total desorganización! The place is nice, but I will never go back to this place.

The room was in a state when we arrived. No hot water, phone and hair dryer didn’t work, bath plug didn’t work either. Wifi for only one person, which is extremely slow. Requested to change rooms but staff were unhelpful and it was extremely loud as our room was next to the beach club so during the day it was blaring music, then in the evening the performances outside our room again kept us up until 11pm every night. Food was also very over priced and incredibly disappointing. Every cocktail was disgusting and the steak house food was grim. A total waste of money and way too overpriced for a very average stay.

This place is a rip off,pools are nice but food was awful,we couldn't find anything to warrant the extra£400 we had to pay to be able to eat or drink and that was for 2 of us for 2 full days,wouldn't waste my time here unless you got money to burn and love bland food,very disappointed

El check in toma mucho tiempo, al ingresar a la habitación nos encontramos con ropa interior femenina en el armario, llamamos al front desk, la housekeeper viene y lo recoge, ningún lo siento o necesitan algo más escuchamos. Son tacaños con el wifi, llevé mi laptop pero solo pude conectarme con mi celular; el ambiente para los jóvenes no es muy atractivo, todo cierra temprano y como broche de oro, el buffet de desayuno es pequeño por lo que hay que formar una fila de 20mins en ayunas para acceder. No lo recomiendo.

exelente lugar , muy bien atendidos, muy higienicos y te permiten acceder a todos los servicios del oasis, fuimos solo con desayuno y nos arreglamos muy bien. El club de playa es imperdible. y los espectaculos

me sorprendio la imponencia de sus instalaciones. De trato muy cordial. excelente ubicacion en zona hotelera. Desayuno y restaurantes con deliciosos platos. La limieza en general muy buena. Club de playa excelente y muy activo con animadores y eventos.
