"Hygiene needs to be improved. I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves. Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. Overall, it was pretty good. The balcony guardrail needs to be repaired. The fixing bolts were seriously corroded and loose."

"Great experience, love the great selection of food among all the different restaurants and pop up spots (Italian restaurant and the Steakhouse were highlights) The Asian restaurant was a huge let down as our group are huge Asian foodies. The stars of the show were the staff and service team - Alex, David (Bar), and Venucias* (Steakhouse) incredible hospitality. While everything was amazing and would recommend it is 100% a family oriented hotel and not very adult focused. Some days have activities but not enough for the adults. Please provide more stuff for the adults. Even a pool table or small games would be a huge asset. Overall loved the experience and hope to come back one day. Muchas gracias!"

"I think it's the best choice for a honeymoon... The atmosphere feels like a Western old couple coming to rest, and there are only 2 Korean couples including my wife and I!! Everyone here is kind and doesn't ask for tips! And especially the Korean concierge, Jeha, just carries it hard,, I had some trouble with the taxi, but he helped me right away and made it so that I could take care of it when I got to Koreaㅠ ㅠ Even without asking, he packed a lunch for me because the airport food was bad and expensive, and he was just the best.. .💗 We'll go again when our 10th anniversary comes!"

"First, the pros: 1. Reasonable price. The sea view room is similar to other hotels' basic room types (but the view isn't perfect; there's a bare platform in front of my room). 2. Renovated, it doesn't have the feel of an old hotel. Not a family-friendly hotel, suitable for couples' vacations. The mini-bar is replenished daily. 3. Several restaurants—Mexican, Mediterranean, Japanese, French, steak, and buffet—don't require early reservations; just walk-in. While the food wasn't amazing, it wasn't too bad. Now for the cons: 1. The bathroom water temperature fluctuates wildly, sometimes suddenly becoming extremely hot! 2. The front desk was very unprofessional. They told me only the French restaurant had a dress code, but all the restaurants have one for dinner. I didn't bring enough clothes, and on the first night, no restaurant was available. After arguing for a long time, they finally offered to provide room service. The hotel's attitude of "that's the rule"—offering explanations but not solutions—was disgusting and a major disappointment! 3. Not needing reservations for restaurants means long queues, and the food is slow. If you arrive late, you won't get a table (especially at the steakhouse). 4. There are tiny, transparent bugs crawling on the bed, and I've developed several itchy red bumps."

However, it was disappointing that we couldn't get a reservation at the restaurant, so we ended up eating the buffet every day, which didn't require reservations. As for the buffet, there were some delicious items, but I also felt that there were quite a few things that didn't suit my taste."
