I stayed at the boat house cancun for my trip to Mexico. It was an awesome experience, the staf was very friendly and kindhearted and was always ready to help. Especially a young volunteer named Emma. She was very kind and talkative. The hostel has a great location and facilities. I can only recommend 😃🌟

Such a lovely hostel with a really great chill vibe. Liked staying here a lot, met soo many amazing people including the very friendly and welcoming staff always ready to help. The location is also really good right in downtown Cancún and it’s so easy to take a bus to the hotel zone and beach - which the staff also explained perfectly to me how to.

A lovely place to stay at. The staff was amazing, which made my stay so nice. They were very helpfull, if I had any questions. Especially, their volunteer Emma helped me a lot, when I had questions about daily trips. The atmosphere was also fantastic.

close to many tourists attractions; las palapas downtown Cancun main social gathering space; safe environment, friendly staff. this is my place to scape from the cold in Canada. Bus #1 & #2, bus stop very close at a convenient distance. Thanks Francisco and the staff; well done. Safe, clean and organized place to stay. Gracias amigos

I loved the place. A beautiful patio in which I have spent such nice and peaceful nights. Free breakfasts and delicious food. The stuff is so nice, In particular a good memory of Maria (girl at the reception) so kind, always smiling and available for each question or demand I had. She even helped me finding the nicest places to see in Cancun, even if she told she was living there by a few days. A really lovely and quite experience for those who want to find some peace in terrestrial heaven.

I only stayed for two nights and it was perfect for me. I got very unlucky with the weather the first day but I passed the time with Liliana from the reception and some other great people staying at the hostel playing board games that are available in the common spaces. My second day in Cancún I went to the beach, the bus stop is very close to the hostel and the bus gets you to a very nice beach in about 10 or 15 minutes. Overall recommend a lot for a short trip to Cancún

Very nice place with all the basic amenities and very friendly staff. I stayed in a shared dorm and it was a great experience. I met other solo travelers and we were able to go out together and explore the beaches and later cook meals in the open kitchen and eat together, so I can really recommend it for budget travel in Cancún.

I love this place! 🥰☀️☀️ The staff was so welcoming, especially Emma she was so nice and helpful!🤩🥰 The rooms were nice, cozy, beautiful and clean. 🧼😍🤩 It is located perfectly and in a nice area. 👙I would definitely consider coming back!🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
