The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

年数はそれなりに経っていますが、料金はお手頃だと思います。
ビーチが穏やかで綺麗でした。
また、町に出るのに便利な立地です。

Absolutely amazing place to vacation. Beautiful location, friendly staff and delicious food/beverages. The access to water does have steps that are slippery when wet, use caution if require wheelchair/assistance

This was our first time here and enjoyed it ..its quiet and pretty only thing is the beach access its beautiful but u cant just walk in there are steps to go into the ocean but besides that everything was perfect

Great hotel for the price. Large spacious suites with 2 balconies. Beautiful pool area and nice beach. Staff is amazing and always friendly. Very nice gym.

Slightly dated hotel. Good location by the beach, ideal for family and kids. Sea is really shallow. Not ideal for swimming.
Water pressure in the shower and sink is rather poor.
Good and helpful staff, not always proficient with English but they try their best.
Very pricey for what it has to offer though. Restaurants are pretty good, but expensive again.

As clean as it gets in Cancun. Older property but absolutely everything within a walk! Grocery, nightlife, beautiful beaches! Highly recommend for the price point. You can’t beat the service of the local peoples!
Cancun is all about selling you something so it is no knock on this establishment. They all do it here. Get used to that every time you step on the street.

Beach access and quality were very good. Water was clear. Geography shielded this area, reducing the size of the waves driven by prevailing winds. The Palapa restaurant had good quality and variety.
Prices have increased by far more than the change in exchange rate. The buffet breakfast was especially expensive at $35 USD per person.
