el personal unos idiotas prepotentes, una gorda culera cobrándote de mala gana el desayuno, la disposición de las habitaciones casi que te tienen que dar un mapa para no perderte, en la habitacion solo te dan una toalla, el baño de los mas jodidos que he visto y la gente mas naca e irrespetuosa que te puedas imaginar hospedada en este hotel. horrible no regreso.

******* sold me the booking as all-inclusive resort with pools and beaches instead it was a construction zone and ******* and the resort hasn’t refund me and will not even allow me reach customer service based in US. Ruined my vacation especially because ******* like to scam you for the money. Sells you one thing and gives you another and then customer representatives who are located in developing countries will keep you waiting for hours then hang up on you. Basically telling you to F*** Off. One word for ******* is they are a bunch of SCAMMERS.

The lady at the front desk and some of the staff were rude and unhelpful.
The all inclusive drinks were not good and the tequila tasted like rubbing alcohol. The food was edible but not good either. But if you only want a bed and AC, it will work. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was an ok place to stay on a budget. Staff was friendly and helpful most of the time. The food was sub par. They have buffet style food and most of the time the hot food was cold. I probably wouldn’t stay here again solely because of the food.
