We had a pretty bad experience with our stay at Wyndham Cancun.
Water was leaking in the room.
Shower planner was broken and draining yellow color water.
Overall experience is bad but the property is really good. This was an unfortunate experience.

We had an amazing days at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The amenities were amazing , food at La vista was fantastic, helpful and attentive staffs. Beach was not swimmable due to the strong wind but they have different pools and jacuzzi to choose from.

El hotel es viejo y a pesar de que lo remodelaron recientemente se nota.
La.playa es muy bonita y tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo el punto más débil es la comida, tienen pocas opciones, la calidad es baja y obtener reservación en temporada alta es muy difícil.
El.servicio también es deficiente.

da vinci 那個要預訂的餐廳着裝要求是在離譜，別的老外穿花襯衫和短褲還有樂福鞋就能進去，我男朋友穿個普通黑色短褲 純白短袖 帶跟的涼鞋（全包住腳的）不讓進，説是不符合著裝要求，真的有點無語，但餐廳還是不錯的，吃的也不差

It was okay but we were disappointed by the food quality. The property is "handicap accessable" but you have to take the long way to get anywhere and the ramps are very steep. My husband who is in a wheelchair did not get to go down to the beach. Also forget leaving the hotel on foot due to a very steep hill. We will not go back.

I liked the VIP room upgrade and the excellent check in process. I was a little disappointed by some of the front desk staff who insisted I download their app to make a dinner reservation when they could have it done it themselves.
Overall however it was an excellent facility, the food was excellent and the concierge went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Also the room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff are AMAZING, but the room at a
Super8 would have been better than this room. Bed was rock hard and definitely NOT AN UPGRADE! The $70 towards a spa service couldn’t be used by any service $70 or less, but rather anything over $150! Our “green earth friendly toilet” would clog every other day and we had to wait for maintenance to come and unclog it. Our patio door lock was completely gone and maintenance had to come up and install a new lock. The hotel experienced a complete loss of water for 4 hours so we couldn’t shower, wash our hands or flush the toilet, we asked for another room due to all of the problems and they said no. Will NEVER go back to this resort! Terrible and definitely NOT what Wyndham properties are known for! Very disappointing

A very good family oriented resort, we loved our 5 days stay here. Beach is crisp clean, pools are great and clean, food and drinks were amazing. Staff is very friendly and takes good care of you.
Only thing I will suggest is to add more restaurants, there are only 4 restaurants plus bar and grills so you get tired of eating at same places. Overall great experience, will definitely recommend.

The pools were all too cold.
Not sure what our extra "ammenity" was, unless it was the slippers on the 4th day that were tossed on top of my suitcase after i left a note circling "did not receive".
But was very very happy with our room upgrade!!
