Grand Oasis Palm - All Inclusive

Zameldowaliśmy się dwa razy i po dwóch dniach wróciliśmy do Stanów w interesach. Kiedy zameldowaliśmy się po raz drugi, okazało się, że nie ma iPada ani klawiatury. Zadzwoniliśmy do recepcji, a do pokoju weszło dwóch mężczyzn i zapytało mnie. Wypytuj i zapisz szczegóły zagubionych rzeczy. Ci dwaj mężczyźni mnie przesłuchiwali, więc powiedziałem, czy policja to rutynowa procedura w przypadku zgubienia rzeczy w Meksyku. Powiedzieli, że jeśli tak jest, hotel nie już pomagać policji.Po namyśle wybieramy najpierw Nie dzwoń na policję, bo może obsługa pokoju odebrała i planowała zapytać kierownika następnego dnia.Po odczekaniu kilku dni nie było odpowiedzi, mówiąc, że obsługa pokoju nie widziała iPada i klawiatury w pokoju i powiedziała, że zabrałem je, kiedy ostatni raz wychodziłem. Nawiązując do mojego kłamstwa, byliśmy bardzo źli i zgłosiliśmy tę sprawę do obsługi klienta Ctrip. Poprosiliśmy o wczesne wymeldowanie i nie chciałem mieszkać w niebezpiecznym hotelu, który kradnie przedmioty gościom.Ctrip pomógł nam ubiegać się o wymeldowanie z hotelem i poprosił o sprawdzenie zagubionego iPada i klawiatury, a następnie zadzwoniła do mnie menedżerka, aby mnie zapytać o kolor iPada, a następnie zwrócił mi iPada. Obsługa pokojowa lobbysty znalazła go tego samego dnia. Myślałem, że to nie mój. Powiedziałem, że istnieje system śledzenia i to ty dałeś iPada. nie mógł znaleźć dokładnej lokalizacji po wyłączeniu. Ciągle szukała wymówek, mówiąc, że myślała, że to nie ja, co było oburzające. Mogłem go odzyskać tylko dlatego, że Ctrip zgłosił to kierownictwu hotelu. Poprzedni hotel personel okłamał mnie, że nigdy wcześniej nie widział iPada, ponieważ byłem w złym nastroju po tym incydencie. Wyszedłem z pokoju i zamknąłem wszystkie pudła, i nie zostanę ponownie.

Good place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a five star, more like a 3 but it met our needs. Restaurant open/close times were confusing/not clear. Food is what you’d expect from an all inclusive but not the best. If you have mid expectations it’s sufficient. Wouldn’t stay here more than a night or two.

We loved the pools, the clean beach and the friendly staff. It's a great place to stay with children, there is a nice playground and the pools are fun. It felt very safe and even though it's a big hotel our kids quickly figured out where to get ice cream and hot dogs by themselves. The food is ok. There are plenty of options and we found something we liked for every meal. Line ups can be very long at peak times but we figured out quickly when to go for meals so there was no waiting.

Beach was nice. Food was pretty terrible in the buffet. We were supposed to stay at grand oasis palm which seemed to be the nicer of the 2 hotels that are on the property. Upon arrival we were told we were going to be in the Sens hotel next door with the crappier pool, buffet and layout of the hotel.

Everything was amazing, I’m impressed with all the employers there. Everyone was so kind and helpful,we had such an amazing time there. Thank you

The room was fine, the breakfast buffet was the better than the lunch and dinner buffet. The restaurants you need to make reservations for were maybe slightly above average but were not great. Overall it’s a very average all inclusive resort. Would stay at a different one if we visit Cancun again.

The pictures online painted a very very different picture. I was packed with families with young children - very overcfrowded. Rooms were small and very old. Our room was not touched/picked up until day 3! Food and drinks were terrible. Food was usually barely warm - when food ran out - oftentimes it was not refilled. No flavor - not a lot of variety. Drinks were terrible! We rarely finished an entire cup. Check in took hours (4 hours)!!! Lost a full day of sun sitting in the hotel waiting to check in and then once our turn, they didn't have our reservation. Had to call *******, etc... it was a mess. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS RESORT!
