Don’t want to leave this place. So many restaurants so many options. The outside pool is fab and the cocktails are delicious!

La comida no era buena, de hecho el 2do dia de la estancia mi esposa y yo nos enfermamos del estomago, y es que no consumimos vino o alcohol.
El servicio del personal excelente, las habitaciones tenian algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

The room had an excellent view but, was in need of some attention. The shower head wouldn't stay in place. The cleaning staff was great and kept the room spotless. We would suggest extra pillows be provided and possibly a light blanket.
Also, discovered that you could pay the pool attendants and they would reserve your spot for you each morning. This doesn't seem right. I would go down between 5 and 6 each morning to get a spot and watch the sun rise only to find out a large portion of the lounges had already been claimed with towels on the seats but there was no one around. I then overheard one of the staff explaining to another guest that for a tip they would get their favorite spot reserved for them.

Staff was excellent and extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was very subpar and unimpressive. Wish there were other forms of late night entertainment on the resort.

The staff was so attentive to your needs and work VERY hard. They would be at the pool all day entertaining you in some way and then at the evening entertainment as well. They work very long days and are a lot of fun!!

We had a great stay with our friends, we had 8 people in our party and they were able to seat us together for dining each time. The lunch and breakfast dining options are limited and there are several placed to choose from for dinner. The buffet was one of the only options for breakfast or lunch and it did become repetitive as they don't change up the food regularly. The drinks and service was awesome and our waiter at the beach worked hard to keep our drinks full without us having to venture to the bar. The entertainment was mediocre at night but was still enough to keep us entertained. There is shopping and dining within easy walk of our resort. Transportation was a breeze. We enjoyed out stay very much.

first time to mexico. we loved all the employees at this resort . what i was not a fan of was the noise . from the bar late at night . but got use to it .

Loved everything about this resort. The staff were all wonderful. From the second we checked in, they were on top of everything. Clean rooms, terrific entertainment staff. They all worked their tails off. The food was great, bar staff was quick no matter where we were on the property. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.
