Great staff, prime location and they extended us to 2pm checkout that we really appreciated.

This was our 3rd time staying in this property and we felt it is going downhill.

Expectation is that you are either staying in suites or will be treated as 2nd class citizens (this was not the case when we stayed there before). For example, they charge $80 per day per kabana and you can book it one day before but if you stay in suits, you can book it several days in advance, so all prime spots are booked before the booking is opened up to you! In another example, restaurants are advertised as “first come first served” but if you are staying in a suite you can book them so a lot of people are lined up to enter while “first class” citizen come and bypass the line! We saw a lot of customers frustrated by this. Overall, if we go back we will only book in suites… the leadership culture is changed in a way that if you are not in a suite, you will get a sub-standard service.
