酒店前台服務非常差.餐廳也很一般.設施也很一般.頂的房間是套房一大床房.給我們的房間是兩張單人床.去找前台理論 .前台的意思是沒有其他房間了你們愛住住 不愛住我們也沒辦法.一點表示也沒有.來過4次坎昆.這次酒店是體驗感最差的.雞差

Having vacationed with a variety of properties located on the Yucatan peninsula, our litmus test, we would absolutely book a return visit....the beach is an absolute 10. I would say the food was very good. Service overall was very good. Our expectations, (Iberostar Grande, Secrets Akumal, Dreams Tulum) are set very high and Paradisus did NOT let us down.

Everything was about upsell in All inclusive resort. Waiting on the special restaurant is ridiculous. And food is not that good anyway. Buffet is better than most. My main issue was not being able to find a sun chair anywhere because there were very limited so they can upsell you “cabana” for $250. Ridiculous!! Chairs were mostly held by the servers for the guests who tips them.
I spent 3 days and couldn’t wait to get the hell out. My problem with this all inclusive resort is they try everything to charge you extra for everything and staff is trained for it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Paradisus Hotel Cancun, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. As a platinum status holder with *******, I was thrilled to receive a fantastic room upgrade, which added an extra layer of luxury to my stay.
The service at the pool was exceptional, with servers Beltazar and his manager Cesar going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our time there. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.
Overall, the Paradisus Hotel Cancun provided a seamless blend of upscale accommodations, attentive service, and unforgettable experiences, making it a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable getaway in Cancun.

The property was nice. The people were nice and very attentive. If you wanna go on the reserve (adults only side) they going charge you extra!! The only downside is the food ******! Not too many food options in my option.

The grounds are huge a beautiful. The ocean is wide and perfect. Did not like our room by the pool because of dj but was moved into quieter room. There is a serious shortage of lounge chairs by the pool. You need to “claim” by putting your stuff on them by 7am or you are screwed. Food was great, drinks great and good vibe. Highly recommend
