Everything was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Golf simulation was a great surprise and we had a lot of fun playing while we were there.

非常棒 可以呆在酒店擺爛 全包每個餐廳都很美味。海景特別棒！成人樓還有專屬管家隨時為你服務 態度真的巨好！

這是在坎昆體驗的第三家酒店了。海景無敵，陽台上的按摩浴缸會有一些黑色的噁心東西出來。但是別的就還行吧，吃的很一般，服務一般，有各種額外付費項目，總有一種不給小費就不給你好好服務的感覺。沙灘還是比較紮腳的，水草也不少。床被一直潮潮的，枕頭有腦油臭味。同樣價格比這個好的太多了。

Very nice property in an excellent location. Well designed resort. Food was good, the restaurants were great. Staff were fantastic. Great coffee shop onsite.

Marissa and David were GREAT! Upon arrival the view takes you away. They take you to check in while showing you around. Sparkling wine was tasty. The butler takes you to your room and gives a tour. Everything was free also was given a free bottle of tequila. Did not want to leave and ready to book next trip for longer. Went in December 2023 and the weather was perfect!

Clean, great food, great beaches, beautiful spa (services over-priced). Wish they gave you room-key bracelets instead of making you keep track of a card. Poor choices for wine.
