Wow this hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked for a skiing holiday and weren’t disappointed. The hotel is lovely and clean, we really appreciated use of the spa after a hard day’s skiing. However we would have preferred the jacuzzi being hotter - the water was lukewarm which meant we got cold quite quickly and couldn’t sit in there for long. The food was phenomenal - such an extensive range including the biggest salad bar I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Super healthy options and they catered well for gluten-free diners. The fresh honeycomb was a highlight! We rented skis, boots, helmets directly from the hotel which was great as we could store it there each day in their locker room. The Irish pub was fun and the decor was super cool. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Thank you especially to Emilio (who was really lovely sorting us with our ski rental) and Micaela who answered all our many emails!! The shuttle bus to and from the cable car was super useful. NB it’s €10 for an hour in the spa but if you book a superior room the spa price is included. You have to wear a swim cap and flip flops.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. You are a bad fall.
The room they gave us was not out hot water and the separate breakfast was for me very expensive 18 e. So I chose to go down one day. I said they were 9 and it wasn't the way. The hotel is very good, but we took time not to go, but I think we'll stop going again, because intermediaries are inefficient, and they'll see who they're picking up to the tontin

Went to Andorra for a school skiing trip. The hotel was more than fine for a school trip, however, most people we met were racist towards my black, Indian and Pakistani friends. The locals shouted the n-word and the p-word most times we went into the town, and on the gondolas going to the ski resort, the workers there targeted my group and wouldn’t let us on the gondolas and gave us an extremely hard time. They tried to find any reason to kick us out and they even tried to have a few of us arrested! On our last night, we had local kids throwing rocks at our windows and threatening to come to our rooms. They had access to the hotel because they were allowed to use the games room on the bottom floor. We had to call the police and they couldn’t do much about it apart from take their ID’s.

We had a weeks skiing in the second week of Jan 2023. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious vs what we had experienced in other ski resorts. The restaurant food selection is buffet style breakfast and evening meal and the food was amazing, with variety to satisfy everyone's needs, from cold food to hot and salads to roasts. Overall excellent holiday, topped off with some good live entertainment in the bar on an evening. :)

The hotel is located at the end of the city or halfway up the hill. From the station it used to cross the entire city. When I saw the front desk of the hotel, I asked, ”Did you actually drive?” It’s probably watching me push a box and gasp. But breakfast is OK, the hotel has a free warmth to soak (it is quite cold 36. 7 degrees - on a relatively small pool, I just met a pair of foreigners when I entered, haha small place everyone squeezed or a Beauty.

We visited Andorra for some days and decided to stay at the Mola Park Atiram and did not regret our choice. Parking spaces are right beside the hotel and even in high-season we had no problems to find a free parking lot. The breakfast buffet offered great quality and a good variety of products. The rooms were clean and we found enough space. We also want to highlight that all of the staff did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as they can.

Can’t think of anything that should be improved. I really mean. I’m a regular international traveller for both business and vacation. No question that this is probably one of the best (if not the best) Hotels in the world. Facilities are cozy and luxurious at a time. Employees could not be any nicer. We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.

Spent a couple day solo, hiking late August early September. The appartement are very nice, and cozy. The couple that were at the reception were super friendly and helpful. Just a couple minuses: I had an appartement facing the major street and it is noisy even late night with the cars driving by especially if you like sleeping with the windows open to get the mountains fresh air. I recommend asking for a appartement facing the other side(village view). The second; the shower had a few spot of mildew, perhaps because not being used a lot in summer and the hair dryer is so old! If you have long hair and need to throughly dry them, bring yours! Overall I would say it was good. The location is nice, close to everything on foot.
