"The hotel offers excellent value for money. Although I was given a corner seat, the service and facilities were quite good. The hotel has a paid spa, but I didn't have time to go. It's a traditional ski resort hotel, and the breakfast was quite plentiful, including Chinese Pu'er tea. There's a beautiful spot in the hotel with panoramic mountain views. If you're lucky, you might be able to snag a free parking space. Otherwise, the hotel has a paid parking lot, as land is expensive in Andorra."

"This is a unique hotel, perfectly located to enjoy Granvalira, but you also have the possibility of skiing on a private slope right in front. Perfect for children who want to start with a monitor or with their parents. It is very cozy, we went with the family and a group of friends, and we felt at home but with 5-star service. Worth mentioning is the kids club, where the children had a great time while we enjoyed the good atmosphere in the snowbar. Highly recommended"

"The hotel offers excellent breakfast an dinner. Mattresses are very comfortable. Rooms were comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to families. We enjoyed the nice spa inside the hotel. Location was great with close access to the ski lift."

"We stayed during new years. We had a Wonderfull stay at the hotel. Perfect for families and even our dog was allowed to stay. One downside was that the hotel organized a special NYE dinner (for €200 per person!) and that basically every other restaurant in town was booked or closed. For us this was a last minute trip, so we weren't able to make any reservations anywhere. The staff tried to offer some options, which was very friendly - but we ended up not eating anything and sending the kids to bed with a bowl of yogurt. In my opinion, it's weird that the hotel leaves their guests like this. We already pay a premium to stay here during the holiday week. They could have at least offered some simple meal / snack/ drink option in one of the rooms. There were more guests eating gas station food in the basement.. quite sad for New Year's Eve."

"Absolute perfection. You arrive at a privileged location inside the national park, with stunning hikes on your doorstep. There are epic views, and the sounds of a nearby waterfall and river that lull you to sleep in the most comfortable bed. The food is exquisite, and the atmosphere blissful. And it is all topped off by some of the kindest, most fun, and fantastic staff- who prepare personalized recommendations, anticipate your needs, and make the experience once in a lifetime. Welcome to heaven on earth."

"There’s no way this hotel can be 4 star - where’s the hotel inspector? Very misled by the listing details - for example reference to spa & fitness centre - simply not true. The hot tubs & 3 pieces of equipment available to use for exercise at best could be described as domestic style/ home gym (but this is still stretching the truth). There is no food available out of the strict breakfast times & of an evening it’s frozen pizza reheated. At 4 star level it’s not unreasonable to expect high end breakfast options - not over ripe bananas taken out day after day & hot dog sausages cut up - please! The only Spa option was massage by local provider By Kalma on set days. Suite itself was ok save for the tiniest ensuite possible & kitchenette locked & only available at additional surcharge of 10€ daily… Shuttle bus availability also misleading - a small battered camper van available during 8am - 5pm (collection at agreed meeting points …) my disappointment matched with anger that this hotel can deceive the public like this. Charging for water another gross insult. Water & complimentary snacks are commonly available in hotels even with less star rating than this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, such cheapskates!"

"Hotel well located, but aging. We spent a week there. BE CAREFUL during hot periods (summer): no air conditioning, it is very hot in the attic rooms for the family rooms, on the 3rd floor! intolerable ! A stone's throw from France, the staff does not speak French, and does not make the effort! Most of the staff are friendly, but at breakfast it's hard to get a smile! And the end time is the end time, no possibility of serving yourself anything beyond 10 a.m. for breakfast. : very rigid! In conclusion: I find the value for money excessive!!!"
