"Honestly the best hotel in Caorle so far. Here is my detailed rating. I visited with family and i was in room 208 from 28th to 30th june. -Recepcionist girl was very kind and was talking few different language. She helped us leave our luggage before check-in and we went to beach. Everything solved quickly. -Room was nice and clean with two balcony, one balcony was biggest one i had in a hotel. -Bathroom clean, everything changed daily. -Restaurant (for breakfast) very nice ambient, plenty of food to choose and clean. Coffee from machine i didnt like but there was barman who made really good coffee. Food was added instantly when empty. Same with drinks. Waiters and staff rating 10/10! Best organized so far. -Bar in ground floor is excellent. You dont need to walk anywhere else. Good cocktails. We even ordered kalamari plate from near restaurant (Bloom) and they take it for us. Service 10/10 And kalamari 10/10 nice, crispy and fresh. -Outside pool is nice and clean, cleaned every day. We enjoyed our time there on hot day 38C. Water was refreshing and also there was a bar and we had few drinks. -Prices. Hotel price we paid was very low because we booked early in january. You pay parking price and beach but even if you count that in price is still affordable for this kind of hotel. Prices in bars and restaurant are ok for 4 star hotel nothing too expensive. Final conclusion: Hotel is nice and worth the price. I think it deserve better rating."

"Hotel is in nice place, quite a good equipped, BUT! forget about the air conditioning. We came to room there was 27 degrees - the same as outside, the aircondition was loud, but was the only thing what have done. In the morning same temperature. The day after we have receive upgrade room. Was nice, but the temperature the same. Se once more ask reception to do smth with it, they power up aircond - was even more loud, we could not sleep without the ear plugs, our dogs can not sleep at all… result? In the morning there was 25.9 Finally fourth day (day of leaving) was 23.5 degreess at the room, you know why? Because it was raining outside and was 19 outside, so we open the windows. And reaction of the reception? It is our fault - that 26 is ok for them No “sorry” no compensation, nothing. Arrogant person called Manuella. Two good things obout this hotel: Anezka, the receptionist for the night, shw have done her best (unfortunatelly didn’t work) and the guy with the electric “bus” both nice and helpfull. Thats all. Pricy, not good hotel, choose another one - ideally The One Caorle"
