"Unacceptable handling of guest vehicles – no support after complaint The hotel staff parked our car far from the hotel, hidden near an abandoned building and dense vegetation. Scratches on the car were clearly visible. Thanks to the GPS tracker, we managed to locate it ourselves. Despite reporting the issue at reception and via email, we received no response. Completely unprofessional. Guests – be very careful where they park your vehicle. I cannot recommend this hotel."

I would also like to highlight the hotel's kitchen, where we ate fantastic food not only for breakfast, but also a la carte! Thanks to the chef for his great work! I would like to mention the lady with glasses - whose name I don't know unfortunately - at the bar, who served our cocktails and drinks at night! His kindness and attentiveness are exemplary! "HOTEL GARTENSEA CAORLE Wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Familienurlaub in Caorle verbracht. Die Hotelwahl fiel auf das GARDENSEA, wie sich herausstellte: eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von den Hotelbesitzern begrüßt. Die gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, hervorragend modern ausgestattet und - für Ästeten interessant- Böden, Wände und Möblierung waren farblich optimal abgestimmt. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig (die große Dusche: sehr wohltuend). Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück kann bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse vor dem Pool eingenommen werden: das Angebot an Speisen und Getränke lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Das Bedienungspersonal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und flink. Abends wird das Abendessen im Restaurant eingenommen. Die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich, eine Reise durch alle guten Weingegenden Italiens. Die Küche als sehr gut zu bezeichnen wäre nicht angemessen, sie ist vorzüglich. Das Salatbüffet ist reichlich ausgestattet. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön, mit einem großen Pool, Kinderbecken und Whirlpool (siehe Bilder) in eine grüne Umgebung eingebettet und täglich sorgfältig gepflegt. Snacks und Getränke werden auf Wunsch am Pool serviert. Ein Fitnessraum, gut ausgestattet ist vorhanden, den SPA Bereich kann ich nicht beurteilen, da er von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde. Es stehen Fahrräder bereit, die kostenlos ausgeliehen werden können, damit kann man bequem zum Ortszentrum fahren oder Ausflüge (sehr zu empfehlen) im Lagunenbereich unternehmen. Interessant für E-PKW Fahrer, eine Ladesäule ist vorhanden und wir konnten bei der Ankunft und vor der Abfahrt die Batterie vollladen. Fazit: wir sind zum ersten Mal dort gewesen, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal."

"Zarezerwowano na weekend off sea relaxing door with my mother. Bardzo piękna struktura. Bardzo czysty pokój i z pięknym łazienką. Pierwszy śniadanie bufetu. Super staff dostępny i ładny. Powiedzieli mi przez e-mail, że dla problemu znalezionego w pokoju, który rzeczywiście miały dać mi jeszcze trochę mniej i przeprosić za niewygodę, które oferowały nam późne darmowe wypożyczenie na następny dzień , co znalazłem bardzo cenne Jeśli mam okazję, z pewnością wrócimy!"

"What can I say? This was by far the worst 4-star S hotel I have ever stayed at on holiday. Why? We had specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi itself was very dirty and not at all relaxing, as all the jacuzzis were lined up next to each other and only separated by a thin, dirty sunshade. Very unrelaxing and zero privacy. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable; only the bathroom was new and nice, and they could have saved some space there and added it to the room. The bed linen is just laid on the bed and not tucked in at all. I've never seen that anywhere else in the world. The dinner was like in a 2-3 star hotel, nothing special, and you don't have to pay the enormous surcharge of a 4-star S for that. But the breakfast was just awful: it was a ‘battlefield’, a better canteen. There weren't enough tables, not enough glasses, not to mention fruit and bread. All the guests were rummaging through the cold cuts, it was awful, it ruined the enjoyment of a cosy breakfast! The waiters walk past you with the rubbish bins and stand next to you to clear the neighbouring table with the smelly bins, and you're supposed to enjoy a leisurely breakfast? ...And pay a hefty price for all that??? NEVER AGAIN this hotel!!!"

"We were not aware of the rooms without heating until we asked why we couldn't let it go. There was no cover in the room. Our friends found a scramble in the room (not 1, 2 or 3). And when they were brought to knowledge, there was no "we're sorry" but a good "and well" window that doesn't close, but only supports. Close the door and so you can reach the switch. We strongly recommend the stay here."
