Piękny hotel w starym stylu, duże pokoje i wejście z eleganckiego wieku, po prostu piękne. Prawdziwa klasa, miałem tylko jedną noc, ale w Cardiff i ja zatrzymamy się ponownie. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny 🙂

窗簾長黴。房間不小但是設施老舊。實在對不起這個價格。大堂很漂亮，房間很一般。和連鎖酒店沒啥區別，但要貴很多。

On arrival was told lift was out of action. Carried my case up 3 flights of stairs, quite tiring as they were carpeted.Arrived back on 2nd day and keycard didn't work, back down to reception for another which didn't work either. I said I'd have to have a breather before climbing 3 flights for the 3rd time only to be told there was another lift!!

Hotel is in easy walking distance of the citye centre, staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room was clean, tidy and perfect for my stay.

Reception where friendly and hotel when walking in is stunning.
Unfortunately few bad points…
Parking £15
Room (333) burn marks in floor, cracked sink, mouldy shower buttons.
No usb outputs.
Found bed uncomfortable but that could just be due to personal taste.

The staff here were exceptional nothing was too much trouble, from start to finish faultless!
Sarah/Joey on reception, Millie who was fantastic on the bar and Shaheel on night porter all of you are a credit to this hotel!

TV didnt work properly, single glazed rooms very cold in recent cold snap. Reported TV issue to no reception; no action taken by property.
