Extended family always stays here for periodic reunions. Staff was great, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet which are the most important things. But our room was showing signs of wear and lack of deep cleaning: upholstery was stained; lamps dusty, etc., which isn't that bad if the price is cheap enough (this wasn't.) Overall we would stay again but I wish either the price was lower or the rooms updated.

Excellent, everything was pretty good. I love it. I am really happy about my book in this hotel. Mi family and me were in the wedding party and everything was excellent. we felt happy by complete in general.

The overall hardware and software environment is very good, breakfast can also be enough seats, may line up. Location 10 km drive to Outlet, very close to the city of Nebowell about 4 km. There are a lot of food and shopping there.

Chastity is a very friendly face to see when my friend and I come to visit. Morning, noon, night, middle of the night, I swear she is always here and wears all the hats at the Courtyard! We had our reservation transferred to the hotel next door and she works at the Residence Inn too. I really haven’t seen other people working. I’ve had issues from basic maintenance, housekeeping or even just a rough stay, she always resolves the hardest problems. When traveling as frequently as we do, it’s nice to know she is someone we will always see. After the first time I saw her, she always greeted me by my name and thanks my friend for being a loyal guest to the brand. I think we are a titanium now after staying there so much. You don’t see that anymore and it put a smile on my face. I’ve tried to tell her manager about how great she is, but I haven’t seen another manager since I’ve been staying here. I look forward to staying here again soon!

Service was great friendly staff and great location if you looking for food or shopping everything is close by .delivery always on time overall it’s jus great place to stay when I come to the city I always book with this hotel because how great and clean the hotel is .I love the friendly mangers they always make sure my stay is awesome

Extremely clean, quite, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Free internet, free parking, noon check out is nice not being rushed out, nice being able to sleep in. Had mini fridge in room coffee maker, microwave, and in room safe. Would highly recommend.

Business travel is very good, the hotel is in a good location, there is a wholefoods around 400 meters, it is a big supermarket to eat the fruit is very rich, we also bought a lot of food, not far from driving will be about 5 minutes A big mall called woodfield mall, very big and very good, there is a food court. Breakfast is waffles, fried potatoes, eggs, apples, yogurt, etc., American breakfast, not bad, the room is very clean, recommended

This hotel surprised me. Expected a usual budget chain hotel. This was better. To start is the reception. Met 3 nice ladies. Arasele , Ro, and Patricia. All were friendly and efficient. Patrica was especially helpful with a few calls I made prior to arrival. The room was clean , not outdated as many are, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in a bit. I was told that they were fairly new. Pool clean. Only reason for 4 stars is not a fan of the breakfast. But I guess it’s your typical stuff. I will stay here again
