"Terrible!! Potatoes in the room and they wouldn't allow me to change rooms due to the late hour, even though I had a 6-month-old baby sleeping in the room. I immediately checked out and was told they would refund the amount but that I would have to contact Trip Advisor. I informed Trip Advisor and requested a refund for the stay, as I hadn't even enjoyed one night of my reservation. Trip Advisor informed me that the hotel didn't authorize the refund. I will certainly not return to the hotel or use the services of the trip."

A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue..."
