I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right

Great hotel, and the best part was the breakfast. Chef Siham made me some of the best Moroccan pancakes (Msaman). It’s a great place where you can try local foods with western touch. Stuff are also very friendly and professional. I still haven’t tried SPA but it seems expensive .

Absolutely horrible stay! -Air conditioning did not work and room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Windows don't open -Room was dirty -- walls and floor was filthy and scuffed up. Floor were never vacuumed. There were even finger nail clippings on the floor -Front desk staff would not allow friends staying at a near by hotel to come up and hang out for a bit before going to the next spot. As a result, we decided to hang around in the lobby and chat and then we were kicked out of the lobby! I paid money for a dirty room and for staff to treat myself and my guests poorly. It was very embarrassing!

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

One of the best things I did when I booked my (first!) solo trip to Prague was to book a room at The Seven. Everything about The Seven was impeccable. My room was clean and neat and offered huge windows that actually opened to let air in, and as I was in the rear or the building, there was very little street noise. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom offered a huge tub which was very welcome after a long day of walking. Service and housekeeping were superb. Oh, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no better choice than this hotel. This hotel is located in the city center. It is close to many shops, restaurants, public transportation and major tourist attractions such as Muhammad V Square. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly, professional, and very welcoming and very helpful. I stayed at the dawn hotel in Casablanca for a total of 6 nights and I really highly recommend any traveler to Casablanca to choose to stay at this hotel. This hotel is really my home when I visit this city in the future.

All l can say is, their welcomed me so nice and friendly. I mentioned them that this trip was because of my birthday and they had an amazing surprise for me!! Before I traveled, I searched for hotels on Baidu Map. The neighborhood is relatively concentrated. When I first arrived in Casablanca, I went out from the port train station and walked in this direction. It looks like the hotel looks good. It is a building and the room is very simple. It is the kind of cement-made tiled bedside table and desk, which is slightly worse than domestic express hotel chains, but it is also considered clean. The location is good, a few hundred meters southwest is Pigeon Square, two or three kilometers northwest is Hassan II Mosque, one kilometer north is the port train station, and two kilometers east is the Casa train station. The airport has direct trains to the city, either at the Casa station or at the port station. The photos in the room were gone, in the same style as the corridor, on the same floor and wall.
