A well-deserved 5-star hotel and a boost. Excellent location in the heart of Casablanca. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, money changers and various stores in the vicinity. Free parking available. Welcome to the most wonderful of all the hotel staff, and they overcome all the difficulties. Beautiful spacious rooms with elegant furnishings and decor. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, including everything a tourist needs. Poor breakfast is very simple for a 5-star hotel.

Hotel location is very good, in a lively location, the hotel service is somewhat unsatisfactory, leaving the room in the morning and returning in the evening did not clean the room. I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

The Hotel is in the CBD of Casablanca. It's a walkable distance from the City's Market. The hotel feels safe and staff are friendly. Though the room carpets are rarely swept and vacuumed. Otherwise the service is good and comfortable. Great place.

Absolutely horrible stay! -Air conditioning did not work and room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Windows don't open -Room was dirty -- walls and floor was filthy and scuffed up. Floor were never vacuumed. There were even finger nail clippings on the floor -Front desk staff would not allow friends staying at a near by hotel to come up and hang out for a bit before going to the next spot. As a result, we decided to hang around in the lobby and chat and then we were kicked out of the lobby! I paid money for a dirty room and for staff to treat myself and my guests poorly. It was very embarrassing!

A high-end hotel in the alleys of Casa's ordinary residential area, the front desk attitude is excellent and friendly. The rooms are large and well-equipped, with a small restaurant, as well as stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, and central air conditioning. The room is equipped with a large balcony. June's Casa is cooler, and sitting on the balcony is cooler than in the room. Turn right 30 meters downstairs to the convenience supermarket. The overall experience is excellent, and the living environment contrasts sharply with the neighborhood.

It was good to be close to Casaport. Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and traveled to Casa Blanca and was available without any inconvenience. Facilities and transportation convenience of this price Clean room is not southern 5 star hotel. The price I found for the third time in Casa trip is also good and good hotel! The staff were very friendly and could communicate in English and Korean.

We had the best stay at Ryad 91. Everything was always spotlessly clean. The food was very good and always on time. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff is always there to help and nothing is too much for them. Friendly, helpful service from every staff member. We loved sitting outside on the terrace or just having a very delicious cup of coffee at their restaurant. Really an amazing place to stay as well as very centrally situated, 5 min walk to the station Casa Port. Thank you Ryad 91 for our lovely stay.

#Praise# Satisfied with security; the hotel is located in the old town of Casablanca, (the old town is really old, specifically dilapidated) The hotel is still warm and the staff is very good, but the room hygiene is not flattering. I bought a rag at the door downstairs to wipe the table and countertops. It feels much better. The key is that the price is not affordable for a few days. There is also a good location, especially convenient. The old city is too old but it is also an abbreviation of old Casablanca. How to say it, overall it is good.

Terrible. Old dirty furniture. Stale linen with hair from past guests. Lamps infested with flies. Doors that do not close from the inside. Insects everywhere!!! Unsanitary in the shower!!! Water barely flows. One towel. Desolation and devastation, which are not visible in the photo! Mold and mildew on the sink. Bare electrical wires. The dismissive, humiliating attitude of the staff, who treats travelers as an annoying nuisance. Night club in the building, music and screams, you will not fall asleep until the morning. More than a meager breakfast on dirty and broken dishes. If you want to spoil your mood, then you are here!!! Humiliation for your money!!!

Before I traveled, I searched for hotels on Baidu Map. The neighborhood is relatively concentrated. When I first arrived in Casablanca, I went out from the port train station and walked in this direction. It looks like the hotel looks good. It is a building and the room is very simple. It is the kind of cement-made tiled bedside table and desk, which is slightly worse than domestic express hotel chains, but it is also considered clean. The location is good, a few hundred meters southwest is Pigeon Square, two or three kilometers northwest is Hassan II Mosque, one kilometer north is the port train station, and two kilometers east is the Casa train station. The airport has direct trains to the city, either at the Casa station or at the port station. The photos in the room were gone, in the same style as the corridor, on the same floor and wall.
