"Mieszkaliśmy w tym hotelu przez pięć nocy, mieliśmy zarezerwowany pokój de luxe z balkonem, w internecie wielkość pokoju wynosiła 20 m2. Było tak źle, że nie można było nawet chodzić z walizką po łóżku, mimo że usunęliśmy stolik, który ze względu na ograniczoną przestrzeń był bezużyteczny, a balkon był bez markizy ani parasola w pełnym słońcu. Poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju, dali nam znacznie większy i wygodniejszy, personel jest przyjazny i pomocny, jednak hotel wymaga generalnego remontu, podarte zasłony, zardzewiałe krany, stare i niehigieniczne dywany, które bezwzględnie należy wyeliminować ."

"We went for an aperitif on the terrace. The setting is beautiful: an infinity pool, windows overlooking the stunning view, and thoughtful furnishings. The problem is the price! The two of us had a cocktail (gin and fruit juice with lots of ice) and another cocktail that was probably 100 ml (half a glass), three mini sandwiches... total €40! I think it's excessive! Never again! In fact, it was empty on a Saturday night in July! And don't complain about the lack of tourists in the Marina!"

"MOSQUITO INFESTED. Impossible to stay out more than 5 minutes. No screens on the windows. Otherwise, the apartment is tidy but very dated. But sleeping with mosquitoes isn't a pleasant experience. Only suitable for families with small children; the pool is unusable. Well... I'm perplexed..."

"The hotel at the beach. We left the windows open and listened to the waves all night. Sunset views out our room. Pool and a couple restaurants right out front. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are particularly small. The breakfast is ok. The location is wonderful. The bed was very hard. We enjoyed our one night stay."

"Hotel Massimo was a great pleasant surprise both in terms of customer service and hotel quality. First I made a mistake of the reservation date and the hotel staff immediately helped to update the booking without additional charge. Second, when I request for a room change to a quieter area of the hotel, I was attended to promptly with a small charge of 10 euros to upgrade the room. Their breakfast was exceptionally tasty and staff was courteous and kind. One of the best hotel service I received in Italy! Highly recommended!!."
