"When checking in, the white fat girl specially arranged for us a room I had previously asked for a location I didn't want to live in. When I asked for it to be replaced, she said that they did not receive my previous special request. Also said that there is a room to change. This season and location, it is impossible to be as full as she stated. Obviously do not want to serve well. Serious complaints!"

"Location was the best for our meeting, the managers reception is a delight, we ordered fish and chips to take to the room and breakfast is fresh with omelettes made to order, we left for our meeting and came back to the maids cleaning the room, it really was no problem but we should of hung the sleeping in sign.
